This is an original recipe of Agashi Bhujing Center, agashi Virar west. I have been eating since childhood. Other places that make this can't be compared to this place. The uncle has the right balance in this. Also if you look around the village area, you can find the spice blend that is used in Bhujing.

It feels just wow to see u prepare an iconic dish of agashi village in Virar in ur style with little twist,and really people who cannot come so far to taste this dish can now prepare it at home and have it with family.... Since I'm married to a Virar girl I had the privilege to taste this dish at her house for the first time as I was unaware of such a dish being made in Virar staying in Bhayander just three station before virar, so when I tasted it it was like wow what a tasty and flavourful dish.... And the ingredients used with chicken to prepare this dish is so unique and fulfilling no other food item can be eaten once u have this dish... Hats off to the person who invented this dish and made it popular in vasai- virar belt... Thankx for letting indians know that such iconic dishes exits in India and every one once should make it and say thankyou to those who invent such dishes and to u to share such recipes on ur channel for people to make...
