I wish I could articulate myself enough to explain what it felt like being in that jumping crowd. The crowd became one. Everyone was complete. Nothing will ever compare, I mean Marcus and the boys organised this whole festival by themselves, down to the choice of the beers that was served and even the hog roast bar! Their music and lyrics are timeless.

I wasn't at this one but I was at the Guthrie, OK stopover on the same festival tour (called Gentlemen of the Road- it was like 4 or 5 small towns Mumford chose). We camped in 100 degree heat the night before and It was still one of the best experiences of my life.

I've seen this song (and many other songs) in many live versions... Red Rocks, Live Sessions, Glastonbury '10 '11 '13. Lollapalooza, Pink pop, etc. and STILL when I watch ANY of them. I get chills, and I am reminded of how badly I want to be a musician. Even tough I'm from mexico, this guys have truly inspired me. So, THANK YOU Mumford and Sons, for making such wonderful music that can be enjoyed by people all around the world. Best fucking wishes in all of your upcoming albums & tours.

They had to...they were re-writing the same songs over and over again. Same tired formula....song starts off slow, some where in the middle section there is a spot where the entire band plays at lightning speeds...then slowly morphs back to the way it started. They’ve got to mature and write more complex music...

Saw them at the Simcoe Stop Over and the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto - every performance absolutely exhilarating - when you see the crowd movement on this video - that is exactly what you are moved to do when watching and listening to M&S . Best band ever !
