Heat of the moment in the fight got out of hand guy got stabbed and they panicked and didn’t wanna go pen that’s why they did that trust if it was planned they wouldn’t have been that sloppy they weren’t even masked up u think living on the streets is a good plan they were in way over there heads but that’s what he means when he said that he meant he didn’t mean to kill him was the heat of the moment and he pulled it and used it and accidentally hit his hart killing him most likely wasn’t his intention to kill the guy just gbh now that still don’t make it right and it’s horrible but it was def an accident if it wasn’t u would have seen a lot better planning and execution these man didn’t know what they was doin if they had intentions to kill him they would have converd up from the start don’t change the fact they killed him but if they had that intention I have a good feeling man would have just backed the blade from the start

My dad was murdered 3 years ago and the guy who did it had skipped out on his bail for a previous manslaughter charge in a different state. If he had been held without bail my dad would still be alive. People with violent crimes should not be allowed bail. When he was arrested for my dad's murder they refused bail and now he is serving 10 years for my dad's murder then being transported directly to the state of his first crime. 10 years isn't much for the life of a father and grandfather but it is what we got. I've forgiven him but also hope he doesn't get out and kill again. 2 lives taken and countless hearts broken can't be repaired with a few years in general. Sorry for the rant. Just the fact that there was a previous violent attack should have called for more jail time. My father was also stabbed to death so this hit close to home. Thank you for sharing these to let people know of the lives of the victims. Their memory deserves to live on.

It's a fucking joke that if your victim is strong enough to pull through then you get off scot free. His first victim should have died from that many wounds but ended up surviving and tashans wound was too critical for him to survive but it never would have happened had the justice system acknowledged that even though he failed the first attempt HE IS INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS!
@svolden614
@svolden614 3 жыл бұрын
@@wiggl3s_821 I'd argue that someone who actually HAS killed someone- say, they got in a fight, threw a punch, and the other guy fell and hit his head wrong on the curb- that person is less dangerous and deserves a more lenient sentence than someone who attempts to commit murder but can't quite pull it off. Intent absolutely matters, just as much as outcome (if not more)

Not only that but I don't believe for a God damn second that he didn't know that he was carrying that knife. Given how powerful and dangerous that particular knife is that is absolutely something that he would brag about. It's utterly pathetic that he got away with pleading manslaughter instead of first degree. He damn well knew that he was carrying that knife and they were looking for a victim to "try it out" on.

the second i saw tashan's face i recognised him. i live a meer 10 minute walk from hillingdon tube. on that day i remember driving past and commenting about the traffic not knowing what had happened. i remember seeing snapchat stories of all the blood and the pure savageness of this innocent boys attack. you could tell how much of an impact he had on so many people by the remembrance vigil that was held for his life. It couldve been anyone there. its easy to separate yourselves from the true crime you listen to every day but tashan's case proves that it could be an innocent young man that is nothing but kind to fall victim to this kind of attack. Hug you parents, hug your siblings, tell your friends you appreciate them and say goodbye to your pets as you walk out the door. live every day like you would be proud to. Rest in peace Tashan. He was murdered while being robbed on December 27, 2006. He was expecting his first daughter and she was born on March 20th 2007. Lmao he actually tried saying that it "wasn't his intention" to kill him. Like yea sure, you just so happened to "accidentally" stab him in an area where all of his vital organs are and you just so happened to aim directly where his heart was. Surrrreeee it was an "accident"
@kipandren
@kipandren 3 жыл бұрын
With a dagger like that, no less. That certainly wasn't a pen knife! That blade was engineered to do as much damage as possible both going in and coming out. You can see it in the shape. You absolutely do not stab someone with a weapon like that in an area full of vital organs and have it be an 'accidental' killing. He knew full well the likely outcome of his actions; he carried that knife with the intention of using it for the purpose of killing or severely maiming. There is literally no other reason to own something like that.

For most regular pocket knives the point is to use them... as a tool. A knife is incredibly useful almost daily to open boxes, cut loose threads, open packaging, or basically any sort of cutting task. Knife fights are extremely dangerous and while a knife could help in self defense it's more likely to get you killed. A knife shines in its everyday usefulness. The knife the perp had sounds like an extremely specialized tool needed for very specific jobs... including assault. Just wandering around with one is ridiculous.
