I still remember the days when I was in my first bodybuilding camp in Thane (Mumbai). Getting muscle cramps was as common as a sneeze. The training stimulus was brutal and our bodies were getting ready for the brunt.
These muscle cramps are not only irritating but extremely painful and can occur at any time. They are called as the involuntary muscle contraction. Involuntary means something which is not under your control.
But, most people and even many medical professionals have no clear understanding of muscle cramps and its cure, as most of the hypothesis or theories associated with cramps have been debunked.
In this ebook, I would be discussing in detail two major types of cramps, on which maximum research is based, i.e. Nocturnal & Exercise Associated Muscle Cramps (EIMC), and clearing the basic myths pertaining to cramps and its cure...

Very nice speech bhai🤩 Bhai i hv also cramp problme usually in night evry night But i chang my life style an eating habits to rip of this and this things help m allot Im not so overweight but,,!! But what m experience is cramp is related to bad training means u have to tran ur body overall like virat kohli play cricket but he tran every prt of his body not only ply cricket he ko to gym running, yoga stretching, ect ply football, tanis ect but if hi ply only crcket he get cramps very frequently..so morale is do everything to liv lyfe dont be in a box And bad eting habits must to chnge and poor skills of training also .

According to my observation, it's due to lack of optimal o2 in body..since during intense or endurance workout a group of cell lack o2 due to which CNS contract them due to which body concentrates its blood flow towards it. But it can be just for an individual who is training for long durations without proper control on breathing bcz I have never noticed cramps in wrestler . And reason for post cramps or nocturnal cramps I feel is lack of proper stretching after workouts , bcz during workout a person gives a shock/tension to his muscle which should be released after workout. After breaking of micro muscle fibre it contracts and for sustained contraction results in cramps. And the last reason can be lack of Ca in body which results in sustained spasms of skeletal muscles (tropomyosin and troponin c). But I couldn't justify it for the cramps in abdominal part because according to my knowledge it has the 3rd most consumption of blood. And all these are my hypothesis .

Learning of lifting weights in youth by older neighbor bro. During our workouts liftings he had posters of beautiful women on wall & ceiling for focus during lift. If something is not proven in studies and not getting any final conclusion one need to do what they think is work for them..and trust me no one knows your body better than you ..ask your self first!! Yesterday i got continued cramps issues in night. I have remembered that that day i won't consume water the way i consume regularly by the time on workout.. Also due to some reasone was unble to follow diet on that same day and i am dam sure that effects on next day..and there is no need to study alsot😅😅
