Does it make a difference with or without hip contact?

It does make a difference. Hip contact allows lighter weights (all muscle snatches are light compared to snatch or snatch pull) to be pulled fully without the use of the upper body. By taking it out, we force the upper body to work in the pull, as is necessary at heavier snatches. If you allow the contact, you may not be letting the upper body warm up and get stronger.

whats your opinion on hookgrip vs no hookgrip on this exercise?

Best to do this without hook grip, as hook grip is a stronger grip, and allows a jerking motion which allows the pull to not accelerate steadily.

I do these two times a week with slow weight increase as i cant slam the plates at my gym (iron plates)
