Do you got any tips on how to delay the early arm pull. I mean i can figure it out on cleans and snatches. The trick is to flex the triceps. But dont know if it also counts here.

As a gymnast, I wish CrossFit would change the name of these to Front Uprises like they're called in gymnastics. A Rings Kip is an entirely different movement that actually starts from an inverted hang.
