It’s amazing what Samatha can do with less than 2000 calories! This is a great series to watch while cooking or eating. It helps me look at what I can cut out and what I can substitute to take it to the next level. (Edit) I have the same attitude about eggs. If I’m only eating a couple whole eggs the yolks better be nice and orange.

I have nothing but respect for people who stick to this kind of lifestyle. For a dairy and meat eater, when I see these videos, it looks heavenly at first, getting to consume loads of eggs , chicken and beef on a daily basis. In reality, more than 2 days of this diet would drive me mad i think and having to spend loads of money on dairy , meat , supplements , protein powder etc. As someone who lifts weights and does cardio and tries to consume more protein where I can, the exercise is the easy part. The diet is the solid part.

Serious question guys, I know there’s at least one person who feels as I do. I used to workout hard before my ligaments and tendons injuries, had to stop and just picked up back at it again. As time has passed by, I’ve noticed I hate food in the sense where I get bored of it, and also at times get nauseous after eating some food. Has someone had that experience where they don’t want to eat but just do for survival etc reasons?
