Mussels with Farro, Cannellini & Chickpeas

I love this dish I discovered on a visit to Puglia. In the quaint seaside city of Trani, along the Adriatic shoreline, is a delightful restaurant called Le Lampare. There I was introduced to Farro con Legumi e Cozze, a beautiful stew of ceci and cannellini beans cooked with farro, one of my favorite grains, tossed before serving with savory mussels and their juices. Great video 💯❤️👍❗ The main course, il farro, looks fantastic! I love mussels ❤ Burrata is really an interesting form of cheese! Serving it, with olive oil, on toasted bread is my kind of meal 😋 along with a glass of fresh limonata con menta, oh sì! The Apulia region, and the southern heel-end of Italy, is the destination I would so love to come to and enjoy a really beautiful outdoor dining experience! Lidia you are truly a treasure. I have never had or made this dish, but it has everything I eat often, but separately. I will definitely make this. And, as for Puglia, it is a gem and I love the cuisine of each area there, including, of course, the burrata.
