I know it’s expensive and was fortunate to have one sent to me and I probably never would’ve tried it if they did not send to me but now that I have one it is the best piece of Home fitness equipment I have ever used. And you can get one as low as 2K just saying. 😉

No more band videos? Have you ever reviewed the Serious Steel Bands. I used to use Undersun and Clench bands, but after trying SSF bands, the others are sitting around in a closet. You should look into these. I like the range of sizes they have. 12" for lat pulldowns or anchored curls, 20" for deadlifts, 42 for most, or the 32"/37" if I find there is too much slack at the beginning of the range. They have some monster size bands that work for squats.

I'm just a random guy on the net, but for what it's worth I love my Serious Steel Bands! I've heard from another channel that the Undersun are not what they used to be. I've never tried the Clench bands.

@@IYUB30 Ya. I honestly believe if Dave was still doing band reviews and putting together a top category list like he used to, that the SSF would beat out all the competition. The Undersun and Clench bands tend to be a little more of a sponge feel compared to the SSF. I also think the SSF has a better resistance curve.

I agree with you on the neccesity on the accessoires you mentionedin the video and its pity that they cost so much. The barbell hooks, however can be easily 3D printed out and you can totally save the 100$. You can find the models online. I have my old curl barbell at home which has a screw lock at both sides. Do you know if there are any screws which includes a hole on it so that I could attach it to my Speediance?
