Hi Ben! Thanks for this amazing strategy! Following your example, you created 8 ad sets with the same ad targeting (ideally a dynamic email list) and set a frequency cap of 1 impression/ 4 days. I have 2 questions: 1. What about ad set overlapping? Especially using CBO, your best performing ad sets are more likely to deliver ad impressions than the worse performing ones. 2. How do you make sure people see all your ads consistently? If you start all the ad sets the same day, these are all going to deliver ads today and in 4 days. Do you schedule them to start in different days to alternate which days ads are delivering? Thank you!
@astronautsareactors9026 Жыл бұрын
did you start your campaign? I'd also like to know about staggering the ad sets and if thats best to avoid what you said, people seeing all the ads the day you post them. I'm thinking I'll stagger them by scheduling the ad sets to post 1 day apart from each other. I assume Ben meant that?

Great videos mate! In the omnipresent strategy, you suggest awareness and in your old "FB ads for coaches" video you suggest engagement. I love this strategy, as we put out a ton of content. If you did the coaches video again, now years later, would you recommend awareness or engagement? I ask as engagement doesn't offer you the frequency cap like awareness does. We are thinking of doing 10 videos via your omnipresent strategy, to retarget, and 4 via the coaches strategy... then we will make the frequency 1 over 7 days... as that's 14 pieces of content. That's why I ask about the frequency cap on the engagement option. Thanks in advance for your advice.

How do you test the creative in this strategy? Can you have in each adset 4 ads for testing, like you taught in your full funnel strategy? And how do you test the targeting? Do you use CBO?
@BenHeath3 жыл бұрын
Great question. We don't test creative in the same way we would with a Direct To Offer campaign. We're usually looking at engagement levels to see how our audience responds to the content. But having every element dialed in is far less important when you are trying to generate tons of exposures over a significant period of time.

When someone watches one of the prospecting ads, interact, of clicked on the link, they will see the retargeting ads. Or should i use only a omnipresence campaign? 2. Hi Ben. I am running a conversion ad with 5 different audiences. I want to eventually create a lookalike audience. If I run my 5 ad sets within one campaign and then take that data into a lookalike audience, am I right in thinking that I won't really know which audience is doing better within the lookalike ad? Hi Ben! What about the quality of the people you reach? I often find that people reached with the "Reach" objective lack in quality (both in terms of traffic and video views). I know that that is not the objective, but when using video - the client would want to know how many people are reaching e.g. 25% or 50%.
@BenHeath4 жыл бұрын
That's a very valid concern and that's why I only really like to do this to a warm audience (like an email list) which means you can guarantee their quality to some extent. Or if I'm doing this to a cold audience it will usually be a local cold audience, in which case I'm trying to reach everyone.

is there a way to have them see the ads in a particular order using the reach campaign to follow a sequence or is it random only?
@Mr-R.R.4 жыл бұрын
I think that's why he's segmenting the adsets. For instance, if you want them to see your intro value ads first, make sure to ad those ads to your more tof adsets (i.e. AN LLA from for website visitors or past purchasers.) You'd then show more testimonial for those that are already familiar with your brand (i.e. actual website visitors and video engagers) and so on. This how you can say least make sure that you are setting up your content to show to the right people because someone who hasn't visited your website, isn't going to be served a super detailed and in-the-know ad compared to someone who has first.

This is where I'm stuck - I'm doing something similiar, where I'm retargeting ppl that have interacted with my conversion ads within 7 days- then sending them to 'omnipresence' ads, as they're already 'warm'. But I want to optimise for the conversion with this also. Is that possible? Thanks
@BenHeath4 жыл бұрын
Yes we will use the reach objective for all the ad sets usually. If you wanted to use conversions or traffic for your call to action ads that wouldn't be the end of the world.
@joelbennett38602 жыл бұрын
Your math is incorrect. If, frequency cap is one (1) impression every four (4) days; and the Ad Set has eight (8) ads, then the result is two (2) impressions every four (4) days. That is not "two ads per day". Two (2) impressions every one (1) days is "two ads per day". But Ben - I liked the video and the strategy!
@BenHeath2 жыл бұрын
Hi Joel - no you've got the structure wrong. I'm not using 1 ad set with 8 ads in it. I'm using 8 ad sets, with 1 ad in each. That means it's 1 1 impression per ad every 4 days. There are 8 eight ads, therefore you will on average generate 2 impressions each day. You would be right if I had the structure you mentioned, but that's not what I demonstrate here.
