For a headlight put it above the radiator. Get a 6 inch or 8 inch light bar and make brackets coming of the handle bar mounts

Great build! Make sure you have enough clearance on your pipe for the track, as you know, the rear suspension will compress way more during track use. Don’t want you to ground out and highside👍.

Heidenau, Michelin, and Avon all make 93mph speed rated tires in grom sizes. Those are NOT the biggest BRAKES you run on a Grom .. and you're using the stock master cyl. You should have saved your money on the CF parts and bought some Brembos.

I’d dream of this swap, but for me I think a fuel injected 450 would be better. Just wish I could afford that right now lol. For now I’m just going to be doing a 183 big bore kit so I can Atleast cruise at 60-70 easily without breaking back tucking the whole time lol.

If you just look up "dirt bike" headlights on ebay.. they have quite a few designs that are minimalist and would fit right onto your front forks, and is what I used on my build and it turned out great. (granted, it wasn't a Grom).

My tire of choice when I have a bike is Dunlop. While they might be salty price wise, they are worth every penny. As far as your front brake setup, you could go with twin disc and twin caliper. Just a thought. God bless, stay well and safe. Happy New Year.

The component you didn't know, they're called valves. As you'll know, there are different sized holes in that valve plate, so when tge tire compresses the dampers, the gas or oil inside of them goes through those holes. The smaller those holes are, the slower that oil or gas will be transfered to the other side of that valve. How do I know this? I was studying automobile since the second grade of high school, which was in 1982.

Put a 3 inch diameter exhaust can by 12 inches long. It is, and that thing will make the perfect amount of back pressure. And pack it full of. Fiber glass, then the endside you have A. ⅛" hole 🕳 perforated screen tube inner 1½ dia. By 12" long. 9:14 I didn't think a silencer would help but my banshee did Willie's after I put the silencer. I made on it.🤘😝🤘

I would say that the tyres probably have a factor of safety of around 2 so you’ll be absolutely on their limit but they should hold up
