Probably one of the most useful and well explained and miniramp trick tips. Also gets to the point and not some extra cringy or self-centered talking like most "youtube skaters" will do. Thank you for that.

I've been skating for 33 - 34 years & I still found this informative & a good reminder of things not to do / bad habits to avoid!
@WillieD76 жыл бұрын
Honestly, these are great tips. The only problem is that I've been skating 32 years and haven't gotten past step two. I'd also add to the "doing tricks properly" part, don't fudge your fakies and disasters - learn them on a ramp that requires you to lift your trucks or hang up and die. I lost a lot of years doing cheater fakies on a ramp with recessed coping.

I made all the mistakes you mentioned and so my frontside and switch game are terrible after 20 + years of skating. Correcting these mistakes after this long is like learning to skateboard all over again.... Which is.... SO FUN!

Hi Chad, Really enjoying the videos and am learning a lot. Could you please mention where we should be looking/focusing during tricks. I recently saw in another video, a tip for coming in from disaster/fackie rock. The tip was to watch your back wheels to ensure you don't hang up. When I heard this it made complete sense. Can you give tips as to where to look focus for 5-0 grinds and other future tips? Keep up the awesome videos. Cheers.
