Answering the question: Me and my wife last business project is delivery from IKEA stores in Russia (hi Yuriy!). It's 2 years old from now and we grew from delivering furniture and homegoods from neightbor city which has one IKEA store to customers in our native city which don't have one. After a year from start, we started to deliver it all over Russia from every IKEA store in our country. Now we expand and deliver IKEA from China. We are constantly seeking for new possibilities. One of a side project started about a half year ago is about making replicas of furniture that is no longer selling in IKEA using our contractors capacities with literally no money investmed in production. Now it's gone so good that we're designing our own childrens furniture collection and plan to manufacture and deliver it all over the country as we do it for IKEA products by the name of our brand. To play on the contrast: our main local competitor in IKEA delivery started his business 10 years ago. He has no growth. No new projects, nothing new. We made so much more in 2 years, starting with no money and being just a company of two people. It's been so much hard times, so much money loss and so much stress. "How people are so okay with being okay" is the quote of the day for me. People who don't stop at "okay" stage are actually moving industries further. You can be good at something, but if you've stopped pushing at some point - you're a dead as a businessman.

Awesome vlog Ryan! The main takeaway that is going to my notebook this video is: If you focus too much just on the results, you can wind up hurting yourself more than anything and that's what a lot of people do. They focus too much on what the endgame is instead of how they're gonna get there and the path they're gonna take to get there with a smile on their face, because if you just do the work, the work is going to take care of you and the endgame is gonna be what you want no matter what. But if you focus too much on what that goal is, the goal is going to change and then you gonna be pissed off, you're going to be angry and then it's not gonna feel like that was the goal or that was the result so then you gonna change the path when you should've just kept steady.

I am with you Ryan! I go to school at the Cleveland Institute of Music. I’m never satisfied with how well I play my instrument. There’s always someone better than me who I can learn from and use as my measure to improve. Who’s the best musician in the room-and what do I have to do to become better than them? This internal competitive dialogue I have with myself is what keeps me from being stagnant and “okay with being okay.” Never satisfied with how well I perform today; always searching for the motivation to achieve higher tomorrow.

I dropped school and moved away from home when I was 16 to explore and I've been on the open road ever since! I do not regret anything and I read and study only those subjects that nurtures me! I do firmly believe that's how you'll make money effortlessly. :D My parents did not agree at all and choose to not have contact with me anymore but that's a price you'll pay to be free but I'm more happy now than ever!
@lykke49966 жыл бұрын
Fun Aholic I had to crash at a friends couch for a while. Really nothing glorious in the beginning. And then all of sudden and out of nowhere I was guided to listen to: Kevin Trudeau - Your Wish Is Your Command. (They are free on KZbin!) and those CD’s changed my perspective and my life! Managed to get a job but I didn’t do my best there but after listening to some visualization advices I went from working only 4-12 hours a months to getting a full time job with a pretty good salary for someone in my age and from there I managed to save money as well! Remember: MIND over MATTER and that facts don’t count when the attitude is right! I also tell myself mantras everyday of things that I want but instead of saying “I wish” or “I want” I trick my mind that I already have those things and the key here is to align your vibrational frequency with the stuff you want! Also, with less toxins in your body, the better you feel and faster you will attract. So, I got the apartment first after I believed I had one... I got contacted by a friend of mine that I’ve known for a long time (he’s into real estate) and I asked if he had any apartments available but he owns nothing in my area-LUCKILY his friend owns a bunch of real estate where I live and the same day I asked him if there was anything available for me the owner of one apartment was moving out and I got the deal! Coincidence? I think not. 🤗 My life was a total MESS before I took control over my own thoughts but now it’s silky smooth BECAUSE I choose to handle every situation with a smile. Remember not to take anything too serious, we’re in a computer game! If you want to go deeper into the rabbit hole, listen to the CD’s I mentioned above on KZbin. Wish you best of luck!
