I made this dish tonight and it was delicious, I hardly ever use a store bought curry or sauce but this is next level, was fresh and tasted like I had made it fresh. I do prefer my aromatics puréed even more but that is a tiny critic from me 😛😛 for my taste. Well done Marion, you should be so proud

I love green and red curries, especially with rice (although noodles would work). There is something about the rich, velvety, tangy, flavor of the sauce along with whatever protein is included. Hmm. Hmm. Hmm. Your version is a bit more spicy than I would make...... I like some heat but not enough to set my mouth on fire. Thanks for sharing.
