My camping story

This can unironically be a children's story book, Boris. Just spend a bit more time describing the forest, your camping set up looked like, what the food tasted like and boom, you got a great story book to read to children. I think it's the whole suspenseful lead up to a the "haha, it was nothing scary at the end after all!" kinda thing that reminded me of books I read as a child.

As a child, my great grandmother would take us camping and fishing, and my brother and I would sleep outside under the stars, pointing out flashlights up into the sky, thinking people on other planets would see it and signal back. As an adult, I sleep in the truck with the doors locked because I'm afraid of aliens and bigfoot and serial killers and shit. Good times.

@@Psythik He (was) only quitting this channel because he said that the algorithm didn't show his videos in the slightest (As you said, the algorithm didn't recommend him to you after years) , so he tried to move onto another channel called Soup Kitchen Gaming, where he's made a few videos. I'm guessing he's attempting to revive this channel to get it into the algorithm again with posts every now and then.

As a Canadian, I feel this story in my soul. Weird lights in the woods? Check? Freezing your ass off camping? Check. It is much the same here, minus the stylish Adidas-wearing foxes. The bonus is the adorable animation (I love the little legs) and a new fear for me: bears with flashlight eyes that I had not even considered as a possibility until today. Thanks buddy!

Baby Boris being frightened by the thought of bears with flashlight eyes may seem farfetched, but I bet if he was near Chernobyl, bears with glowing eyes are probably a real threat 😂. I'm glad baby Boris stayed safe. This was a very fun and nice story to hear, and the animation was👌.

Well no one ever accused kids of being sensible. I got told stories of giant snakes and man eating crocodiles and poisonous snakes (again) that would eat me or my siblings. The problem is there ARE things that big in my grandma's home country and so the few times we ever visited growing up (twice all in all and the first one I don't even remember I was so little.) and they CAN eat you if you get lost in the woods. Going pee, especially if you are a guy, means standing and checking the bushes for a snake willing to make a try for your pecker, while you take a whizz. For girls, you worried about bum cheeks falling off or loosing a leg.

I cannot express my absolute solidarity with Boris on this great story. As a Canadian, my father also took me on winter camping trips. Strange stuff happened often. We just ignored it all frankly. Like the screams of the dead, which of course turned out to be the ice on lake grinding against each other. Good times.

hello Boris, i am from Chile and I've been a huge fan of your content for the last 4 years approx. I always believed people from the eastern side of the world to be cold and mean, but your unique humor and personality immediately proved me wrong. I have been struggling with severe depression for the last couple of years, and your videos always managed to cheer me up during the worst days. Hah, I actually did meet a wild bear once in the woods. Dude was munching on berries next to the trial. Turned his head around to glance at me, saw no threat, and went back to eating berries. I slowly backed off and got out of there with a real sense of urgency.

Omg this story was so wholesome, maybe shouldn’t have watched it at night right before sleeping when I already had a random dream recently about seeing a bear in the forest but whatever I LOVED the animation and small Boris’ voice :3 this is such quality content u deserve more views, I can’t imagine all the work that was put into this one video, animating takes a loong time. This is great, I love good camping story, I never went camping with my parents, but as a teens, we went camping, there was like about 10 of us... it was summer night, and animals have a lot activities in forest, I all the time branches cracking, leaves sushing, I berly slept for 2 nights, not that I was scared, more annoyed, I also had my flashlight so every time something made noise; I went to check it out, there were frogs, headgehogs, boars, and early in morning deers, maybe mistake was we made our camp near creek, and most animals came there to drink water so we were in their path, anyway its great expirence I would suggest to anyone
