EDIT , made this comment before watching the whole video. What a great video . After all of that hard work to come back , I hope your mind is still in the comeback game. At 63 I recently tore half of my right bicep. No health insurance, so I live with it and I can still lift just lowered the weight and do higher reps. But even if I had insurance, I'm not sure I would take a chance at the length of time it would take to gain back what I lost if I got a operation. My right rotator was also heavily damaged. The best of luck . Would love to see you comeback.

Not the process we thought we were going to follow at the beginning of the year but here we are. Keep sharing the progress big fella and congrats on the gym expansion. That external external rotation while standing with 90 degree arms is a waste of time. Mechanical resistance needs to be in the line. It is working your forearms more than you rotator cuff.

@ryananderson2207

@@quelandil5738 Yes! It’s been over ten years and I still don’t trust it. I can’t bench at all if I do it pinches right where the tear was. I can do dumbbells and incline. I go lighter and focus on the feel. Still don’t trust it. Also there is a hole where part of the pec used to be. People say it’s not that noticeable but I notice it.

Range of motion comes first/light weight then more weight through out the weeks/months go on. My left side is small too it’s sad lol 😂.
