Today (12.06.23) i started this workout! I will do this three times a day for a two weeks Before: Lower belly: 108 cm Waist: 89 cm day 1: done! was a little bit hard, but I won't give up! day 2: done✅ day 3: it becomes easier!!! done✅ day 4: I did it only once because of the beginning of my period 😭 day 5: done ✅ day 6: done✅ day 7: done!!!✅ Intermediate result of the first week: waist: 86.5 cm lower belly: 102 cm good, keep going!!🎉 day 8: done + 2 weeks belly workout✅ day 9: ✅ day 10-11: done but forgot to upgrade!! day 12: rest day, feeling bad 😢 day 13-14: done 👍 i really see results, my belly now look much better than before😊 waist: 81 cm lower belly: 98 cm 🎉🎉🎉 i will also train without daily updates for another 10 days, at the end of the marathon I will write the final results

Trying this for 3 weeks hopefully!! Day 1: pretty tiring + I CAN’T DO A PLANK FOR 45 SECONDS T-T (gave out at 34 secs, I’ll probably improve) Day 2: slightly better + I DID THE PLANK!! But those side crunches were so much harder afterwards- Day 3 + 4: break days because my muscles were dying (but I did run for 15 minutes twice a day) Day 5: Side crunches were annoying (again) but otherwise fine!! Day 6: Again, found the side crunches harder, but my plank felt stronger :D Day 7: Side crunches were better today, I feel a little less tired doing this now. Day 8: I'm starting to get a little stronger! Day 9: I. Hate. Side crunches. Day 10 + 11: Break days but did running again. Day 12: Half-way through and I'm noticing a small difference now in my belly fat. More motivation to keep going! Day 13: Wow the plank felt SO much easier today. (changed the format bc it was getting too big lol) Day 14: 2 weeks in! Can side crunches just- NOT exist? Day 15: Surprisingly the scissors were hard today Day 16: I felt stronger than most days idk why Day 17 + 18: Again, break days lol Day 19: I'm so proud that I can do the plank easier now Day 20: Almost there! Day 21: I finished 3 weeks! RESULTS: I've definitely lost belly fat! It's not much, but there's a visible difference. My goal for this was just to improve my core/abs strength and I have! Now I can move onto harder workouts since I feel more comfortable with this one.

I was very sedentary and clumsy during the university exam and during the adjustment period after going to university. This program is in perfect difficulty for me, it's easy enough that I'm not afraid to start, it's hard enough that I won't get bored.

@gloriicharmsxo The week I did it was productive, I was feeling tighter in my stomach and legs. But it was a light exercise in my opinion. So I started a more effective exercise.

doing this for 1-2 weeks! (i will continue this rountine if i see big changes) day 1✅quite hard day 2✅hard (easier tho) day 3✅hard since i was feeling weak today day 4✅done it but it was very hard (im much weaker today and dont feel that well) day 5✅very hard, past few days i was feeling ill and weak, i got a fever today but i still wanted to finish this! i noticed each time i done this it got easier (excluding when i was ill) but the plank i always found hard. today everything else was medium but the last 3 workouts got me out of breath (alot) remind me to update!

Guys I'm actually doing this for 7 days I'll tell y'e if I get results.(I'm not taking any measurements of anything.I gave up on Chloe's rings and lilly Sabri s workous LMAO I feel like April han is the best for beginners!! (like me) I'm really insecure and I'm 13 going to 14 in December Height = 161cm or 160cm Weight = 55kg Body= not fat not slim I look so thick for my age I don't like it I have curves and a big hip small waist and a not that much of a tummy (not round). And my thighs standing up is like (. ). (. ) And standing up is like [. ]. [. ] Yep and soo Like THIS TO REMIND ME and I actually swear to god I will never stop until I get my desired results. day 1=

I'm doing this and 5 other workouts from april han. Yeahh, so see you guys tmr 🤍 DAY 2 : ✅ It was really easy, i enjoyed doing it, I'm not seeing any changes, but like it's only day 2 so it's fine, keep going, we can do it 🤍 DAY 3 : ✅ I did it, but forgot to update, it was easy, but i felt a little bit of burning, see you guys tmr 🤍 DAY 4 : ✅ I did it, I don't know why, but it was so hard to do it and i felt a lot of burning, i did skip the last workout tho 😅 I think I'm starting to notice a little bit of changes, just a little bit, but still, EEEKKK, I'm getting really excited. And i was sweating like crazy, usually I don't sweat, so it was a surprise but yeah, so see you guys tmrr 🤍 DAY 5 : ✅ It's getting harder and i don't know why, it was really burning, i think that's good? Hi guys, I'm gonna be doing this everyday for a long time (idk how many days lol) but I'll only update the first month, and I'm also doing her toned slim thighs workout (started it yesterday) and I really recommend it, anyways, let's go! Day 1: ✅ - It burns so much lol, it's kinda hard but short so it's perfect (still no change ofc) Day 2: ✅ - Omg it burns even more than yesterday and I think it's bcs yesterday I was doing some of the exercises incorrectly but anyways, I'm still doing ok tho (still no change ofc) Day 3: ✅ - Today it didn't burn that much! I could even say it nearly didn't burn. I still don't really understand how to do the last two exercices so I'm gonna do normal crunches instead of those. I can see a tiny little bit of change but not much and I think it's because I keep eating a lot of cravings 😭. So I'm gonna try not to eat that much sweet stuff and all until the end of the week! Bye guyss :) Day 4: ✅ - It was pretty much like day 3 except that Im starting to see some changes! My stomach looks a tiny bit flatter and I can feel like I'm getting good at the exercises but anyways, see you tmrw! Day 5: ✅ - My abs hurttt lol (even tho I don't even have abs 😭) anywayssss, I did it today! Same as day 4, bye guys see y'all tomorrow :) I'll update again tomorrow!

So, my monthly diary ! :) Day 1: I did all the exercises (seemingly correctly), it was a bit hard, I feel tension in my abdominal muscles. (53-55 kg) Day 2: So, here I am again! It's still a bit hard, but some of the exercises are getting easier. (53-55 kg) Day 3: Done! :) I prefer not to weigh myself, it seems to me that the weight has remained the same, although there are vertical stripes on my abdomen, which I had before from similar exercises (they are not very visible). Day 4: Hi! Done again! :) Exercises are easier! Day 5: Finished! :) On the scale is no longer 55 kg, only 53-54 ! Day 6: The parents were home. Instead of exercising, I went rollerblading for a long time (I usually do this along with exercise, but today I tried to outdo myself) Day 7: Same as 6. Day 8: I can do my exercises again! Done! I forgot to say: all this time I've been doing more exercises in parallel, but not on my abdomen. Day 9: It's done! Sad news: some scales are lying, because on other people's scales it shows that I do weigh 55 kg after eating, but on mine it doesn't! By the way, I don't know what the character limit is here.... Day 10: It's done! The hardest exercise for me is the Hip Raise. ;) Day 11: I did it! Turns out I do the Hip Raise exercise with some complications, it's actually easier! Day 12: Finished! Didn't feel like walking today, alas!

actually today (25/07/23) is 6th day I do this excercise. i don't feel much change because maybe my belly is a bit big haha. i do this exercise and the back exercise , and i feel like i sit up a lot more straight. i will update each 5 days, wait for it.

Day 1 out of 2 month:First day was prettty easy only the last exercise didnt really understand how to do it but tried i am sweating super bad added this video to my exercise playlist and i will try my best not to forget but if i do please comment or like just to remind me but did all the exercises but rn imma drink some nice fresh water and take a shower x :)☆ BTW lower belly is 96cm and waist is 90 and I think I am 70kg not sure tho Restarted day 1 i dont get the side crunch but wasnt that hard

Alright so i just did the workout today, these gave me instant results. My stomach got flatter but its only day one. So I'll update. im doin it the whole school year so tons of updates. Doin em 4 times a day.

Also the arm workout did slim my arms. And also somehow gave me muscle growth just a little. But im guessing you would have to do them longer to see more muscle. Also I'm in a calorie deficit so I might get results much faster than others.

Hello, currently my waist 85 CM. 😢 My 1st goal is: 80 CM I started this exercise today on 20 July , once a day & I will do it daily. I will update each 5 or 7 days. Sorry, I travelled and didn’t do it. However, consider this is the beginning 2 August 😊Let’s start. Today is done ✅ I now it is too late, I had to travel. I just back one week ago, now I am 84 CM. “One CM for one week”. I will do it daily and update ☺️

Je vais commencer les exercices les commentaires mon motivé 😅 Tour de Taille : 70 cm Bas du ventre : 76,5 cm Jour 1 : ça a été assez difficile je suis 2 vidéos. Celle ci ainsi que sa vidéo avec les exercices debout pour perdre du ventre. Je reviens dans 1 semaine pour vous dire les résultats obtenus puis dans deux semaines. Semaine 1 : j ai eu du mal à terminer cette semaine mais les efforts ont payés 🎉 j ai perdu 4 cm de tours de taille et 3,5 pour le bas du ventre : Tour de taille : 66cm Bas du ventre : 73 cm Je suis impatiente de voir les résultats de la deuxième semaine 😊. PS: n’abandonnez vos efforts payeront un jour 💪 et envoyez moi des commentaires pour m encourager 😂

Started - 7/8/23 Im doing 7 days challenge lets see if there is any changes.... Day 1 : ✅ extreme hard, i stoped the exercise on the crunches 😭 Day 2: ✅ i decided to stop till the prank cause that practice is not my cup of tea 🗿 I'm still trying to figure out how to balance on my butt- Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ (I took 6 days gap, due to aome reasons i will still continue it!) 3 day weekend ! ( Saturday, Sunday & Monday ) so im trying out some workouts , and for losing weight cause im fat as fuck ( currently weigh 40 something kg ) day 1 : ✅ burns, hurts .. but its okay. day 2 : ✅ much easier but still burns day 3 : ✅ hurts 🤑 day 4 : ✅ dayum its getting easier WASSUP.. um its some months later. im back and better day 1: ✅ scissors kills me

i will start today (20/04/24) i will update every day. day one: done. it was hard but i did it. day two: still hard but i feel how my stomach burns. day three: i wanted to make a rest-day but decided to make exercises. it was hard. day four&five: rest days. day six: it wasn't that hard as in the first day. i did it. day: srry but i'm tired,,,

Day 1- did it in the middle of the hip raise I was having a bit of pain so may have stopped for like 2 seconds and right side crunch but the rest was good Day 2- again the hip raise was difficult for me even the right side crunch but the rest was good 😅 Day 3- done could see my hip raises being better 🎉😂 Day 4 my stomach was upset I couldn't do it😢 Day 5 I did it completely but as my stomach was upset after the first exercise only it started hurting 🎉😂but I did it yay day 6 - was busy day 7- done, not sure about abs and all but I feel my exercises are improving, especially hip raise still have a bit problem with side crunch but ya, I am happy dau 8- idk what happened but today I was struggling maybe cuz I am a bit sick 😅 but done day 9- done idk what is happening but the exercise instead of being better is hurting a bit now Day 10 done

I started doing this workout to reduce my belly fat, but just by doing this twice it casually gave me hourglass body results. I can notice difference in fat also but, it requires consistency to get flat belly but hourglass body result >>>>>> 😭

Hello this is Elma. April this is day 4 for me and I'm pushing myself to do this only once after morning walk (45 min / 4 km ) and shoulder exercises (15 min). But I feel like I still can't get those exercises right and I feel like I'm cheating and not pushing through the pain. I know it sound a bit weird to ask but I really wanna do those exercises like you; any way to help me out, maybe some stretching or something so that i can free my joints and not cheat while doing the exercises? It actually huts a lot, specially the jumping and side crunch one, I can't get them exactly like you. Please help :((
