I used to have a small curve under my bell button area. But after 12 days (I didn’t do 2 days, but will make it up), that curve was pretty much gone; my stomach is flat now. Instead of the curve, I can see that there is the “11 abs.” I’m very satisfied with the results. I might do this workout pretty often now that I see that it works for me. Reminder: Because everyone has a different body type, it might take them a longer or shorter period time for the results to show.

doing this for 1 or 2 weeks! (5 times in a day) waist: 67cm belly: 73cm height: 159cm weight: 43-44kg day 1: feeling good. i did this only once today cuz clock is already 10.30pm in my country. i’ll do this 5 times tomorrow! day 2: i forgot to update lol. but the exercises was easy, little burning. day 3: it’s always so late when i’m doing these. i did this 3 times today but I also had a volleyball practice. day 4: yay, day 4 done! today i also had a volleyball practice. it’s kinda fun to do this workout, i mean, i love working out. 3 more days, then week one is completed!!! day 5: done! oh, i wanna say this, but when i do the v-sit toe taps, my knees lock up and i have to crack my knees. although it hurts i keep doing it lol. I ate some candy today because it was the last day of school before the holidays and I was allowed to bring candy to school.. day 10: i feel like i didn’t eat today at all. i’m hungry. but i did the workout, yay. Merry Christmas in time! day 11: yesterday when i did this, there was a mouse under my bed.. This is literally my SAVIOUR!! I've been trying all sorts of belly fat burn but nothing works. I really hope this turns out well since all the comments have been SPAMMING about how good this exercise is!! I have lots of motivation right now so I will be doing this everyday for 2 weeks and see how it turns out!! I won't be measuring my belly but I will tell you guys if it is worthy of trying!! Its not worth doing. If you want a slimmer waist, you can only do that with dieting. You can't reduce fat from specific areas. You will need to eat fewer calories than you burn. That's the only way. And this isn't good for fat loss either, better to just walk for example

@@jourie8197 i eated very normal. Don't try to over eat and try to eat 4 hours before going to bed. Something you can try is the 4 hours intimidated fasting you won't easily over eat and gain weight :) also if you try this for a month you will see that you will lose weight

If I keep doing this workout I will probably update my progress here once in a while Update (January 2023) I've been trying to have a healthier lifestyle, as well as being consistent with my eating and fitness habits My waist is now 91cm 😁 Update (August 2023) I’ve lived in a different continent for 6 months and as a guest the food i ate it wasn't up to me, plus the amount of sugar and other unhealthy additives is much higher there due to different food regolations. That paired with the fact that i couldn't work out for months means that i've gained a bit of weight😅 I've just come home a few days ago and i'm starting to eat healthy and to exercise again from today, wish me luck! Начало: 25.04.23 Параметры до: Талия - 69.3 см Низ живота - 83 см 1 день - ☑️ ×3 Сделала 2 подхода, в конце уже брала паузы. 4 и 5 упражнения 🔥 Сделала вечером ещё один раз и уже без пауз 2 день - ☑️ ×1 Сегодня сконцентрировалась на технике выполнения и стало намного сложнее выполнить упражнения( 15.05.23 Ужасно поправилась за последнее время и решила начать заново. На этот раз уже выполнение будет регулярным До: Талия - 72 см Низ живота - 85 см 1 день: ✔️×2 2 день: ✔️×1 3 день: ❌ 4 день: ✔️×1 Итоги за 3 дня: Талия - 69.5-70 см (- 2-2,5 см) Низ живота - 83 (-2 см) 5 день - ✔️×1 Теперь не делаю 4 упражнение, так как оно раскачивает косые мышцы живота 6 день - ✔️×1 7-18 день 🩸 Позже начала делать свой комплекс (большинство упражнений взяла из этой тренировки) ❗Выводы: без корректировки питания можно спокойно лишится 5️⃣ см за неделю, но не забывайте про отдых! Также хотела напомнить, что чем вы полнее - тем больше см будете терять в начале

@@4j_n5 I was on a strict calorie deficit(200-800), but it's better to go on a healthier deficit (1200-1500 calories). The results will be visible in the first week on such a diet

Doing this as a teenager for a week: Day 1: Everything okay, no change Day 2: Still the same Day 3: I can see a bit of a change Day 4: I can feel my belly less loose more tight Day 5: My belly is starting to form something like an hourglass Day 6: My belly feels tight as well as my thighs and It works Day 7: it definitely works, just dont give up, do it every day and at the end of a week you will see changes.

@@rupalikakde129 you don’t need to diet more so just eat healthy, you can still eat foods you like but processed sugars and large amounts of carbs should be eaten in moderation and if you want to develop muscle in you abs definitely increase your protein consumption

Okay I've been doing this for 6 days, before, my waist was 69cm. I wasn't expecting to see results considering I've been doing it for 6 days, only once a day. My stomach is toned now and when I measured it, it was 66.5 cm. That's CRAZY.

ima do this for 2 weeks and see what happens! starting: waist measurement - 66cm week 1: day 1: ✅✅ day 2: ✅✅ day 3: ✅✅ day 4: ✅✅ day 5: ✅✅ day 6: ✅ day 7: ✅✅ results: waist measurement - 64cm week 2: day 1: ✅✅ day 2: ✅✅ day 3: ✅✅ day 4: ✅✅ day 5: ✅ day 6: ✅✅ day 7: ✅✅ results: 63cm! i did this workout and added the Vicky Justiz small waist workout in the last 2/3 days and these are the results! i didn't go on a diet, i just eat healthy most of the time. i'll keep doing this workout cause it's very short and easy to do throughout the day whenever you have some free time, but it makes your abs burn nonetheless!

I'm going to try this out starting today. Day 1: Finished after doing this workout twice. Feels great!! Day 2: Finished!! I completed this workout twice. You can do this once or twice, it does not really matter😺. Remember No Pain, No gain!!💖 Day 3: Finished📌 I decided to do this workout twice for now on to get effective results. My lower abs are looking a bit slimmer. But not completely. This take time, so don't get stressed and instead be motivated that you are on the journey towards getting your toned lower abs♡♡♡ Day 4: I completed the workout once again and so far my lower ab is similar as in day three. However, I do see my obligues are becoming more visible on my lower abs. Day 5: I completed they workout once again!! My lower abs feel toned up, but I still really don't see any tremendous change. I will keep on doing this workout until I see a change!! Day 6: I completed thus workout along with Chloe Ting's 30 Day flat belly challenge. I feel soo tired, but it's worth it!! So far the upper part of my lower abs is sort of slim but the rest is the same. Never Give Up Day 7: Completed. My lower stomach does not get bloated as much after I'm done eating than usual. I'm proud to see some definition on my lower abs too. Day 8: So far my lower abs seem the same as in Day 7. There is still no large difference. However, I'm willing to keep on going to see my results😇 Day 9: Completed. No change, but compared to Day 1 there is a difference. I will keep on going!! Remember to drink lots of Water!!💧 Day 10: Overall I see my 11 abs forming. My lower abs do seem slimmed down, but you can see that my lower abs aren't completely flat. Day 11: My period started today so I really don't feel to my very best, but I will continue. I completed the workout, so far my lower abs are still the same,but I do feel a bit better after working out. Day 12: My side waist is really really toned up. So far, my waist looks smaller than before and I can see my 11 abs scuplting more above. The lower abs are getting slimmer as I progress, but not completely flat. Day 13: My abs are visable compared before. My lower abs have actually slimmed down and I pleased by my results so far. Tommorow is the last day so I'm really looking forwards that day!!!💕 Day 14: Yay!!! I completed the this challenge. My lower abs have slimmed down a lot compared to before and in overall my abs look very defined. Yes. This is a great workout and I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to get rid of their belly pouch. But, if your belly pouch is excessive then you must do other HIIT workout to help along the process. As for me, In general I had a stomach similar to April's in the beginning ( the before ) so this may also be a factor of my results. I as well tried other workouts such as Chloe Ting's. I drinked a lot of water and ate my meals in small portions, but if I really wanted to crave for something I would grab a fruit. I hope everyone who sees this comment may get their results they desire and work hard because all your hard work pays off!! Never Give Up !!!!!💕💕💕

My belly : 39 cm Goal : 30/28 This is my 3rd day felt lil sore in stomach area I'll keep updating for two week's hope i can reach my goal , in this 2 day's i did only 1 set coz didn't get enough time, this is my 3rd day i did my 1st set ✔️hope I'll do evening to.. As per diet : I'm going with eggs or rotti coz in Indian family as u all know Monday and Saturday eggs and non veg are ristricted so I'm having rotti(wheat )lunch : u can eat rice but less the quantity drink water before u eat so u can loose some appetite, then dinner : again rotti nothing much, if u felt hungry in mid time after every meal u can add fruits, dry fruits, chickpeas as ur snacks after dinner don't eat anything.. This is my diet... Now back to workout I'm doing this also some cardio, tabata, and thighs collarbone workouts to get my old self back expect this workout I've doing those all workout from past two weeks first my belly was : 41 cm Weight : 67.80 Now belly : 39 Weight : 64.60 Goal : 45 So remind me I'll update daily how was my weight loss journey going on. Day : 3 Day : 4 Day : 5 Day : 6 Day : 7 Day : 8 Day : 9 Day : 10 Day : 11 Day : 12 Day : 13 Day : 14 Note : drink more water as much as u can drink before 15 mins for every meal u have so u loss appetite ... 💜

Really helps me focus on one specific area at a time. makes me want to work out because there is a game plan. you workout the whole body in 35 min and not even realize it.

Okay I'm gonna try this, so let's go Day 1: ✔✔Okay it was hard for me because I'm doing this for the first time but I think I can do this! Note: My right arm is weak, so when I do this for the first time, my arm hurt all day until I do this again. Day 2: ✔✔It was easier than yesterday. I can feel my belly is burning but not much, keep going! Day 3: ✔✔Again, easier than yesterday, my arm hurts again 😭 Day 4:✔✔I can do all exercises easier but V-sit Toe Tap is still really hard for me. And my back hurts because first day I did all exercises on ground so I recommend you to do it on a quilt. I'm more active these days, I hope it'd work on me. Day 5:✔I'm still trying my best, there's no change, I hope this is normal. I'm trying to make it more challenging to get better result. Day 6:✔✔That was the easiest one! But while I'm doing V-Sit Tap Toe, I start shaking! I don't know why but it was challenging. No change. Day 7:✔Still, no change Day 8:✔No change~ Day 9;✔Done Okay guys I just realized that it´s not gonna work on me, I don´t have any changes... I guess it´s not for me because Im trying really hard but really, I don´t have any changes, I´m sorry..

Remember to stretch your muscles after the work out. It helps to relax the muscles and avoids the pain. I recommend to look after some yoga positions to do relief the pain. Keep going. I am starting this one tomorrow.

ok guys in the case for those just scrolling down the comment section thinking whether it works anot: I personally tried it myself & YUP THIS WORKOUT DOES WORK, personally, I do this workout and MY LOWER BELLY IS GONE, just 7 days and I realized damn, when did my donut belly shrink till it became quite flat but well yep I'm just gonna move on to another workout because after 7 days i find my body adapting to this workout already. Pretty sure u do this once a day because you need to rest your muscles for them to rest and recover and grow. Do this every day or ever second day. Don't do this more than once a day because you could injure yourself

@@hae2134 i didn't measure it but I use to take picture to see the changes to my belly and i would say in simplified terms that at first the size of my lower belly was the size of my entire hand (like a fat donut) now it's flatten by half the original size so i consider it gd enough i guess.

starting with almost 26 inches. i'm doing this with yuuka sagawa's 10 min love handle and shirlyn's 10 min tiny waist workout. goal: 24/24.5 inches with abs definition day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ this kills me more than the other 10 min workout i'm doing day 4: ✅ day 5: ✅ day 6: ❎ day 7: ✅ day 8: ✅ day 9: ✅ day 10: ✅ day 11: ✅ i wanted to measure today and my waist is now 25.1 inches. day 12: ✅ day 13: ❎ day 14:✅ day 15: ✅ day 16: ✅ day 17: ✅ my waist is now 24.8 inches!! my abs are slightly defined too. the soft lines started forming. i'll be ending my journey with my workout here! i'll still be doing it from time to time but i won't be updating anymore. i'm so happy with the result. keep working for it guys!! you'll be the happiest when you see the results. bye

I'll do this for 11 days to prepare for a holiday, please encourage me! Day 1:✔ Very hard but I pushed through! Day 2: ✔Tricky, slightly easier! Done 2x Day 3: ✔ I did it 3x Day 4: ✔ Done 3x Day 5: Day 6:✔ I did it 3x with barely any breaks, it was so hard Day 7:✔ Done 3x! Day 8:✔ Done all 3x! 💪✊✊ Day 9:✔ Done 3x! I made it as hard as I could and I'm sweating... It was tricky Day 10:✔ Finished! One day to go! Day 11: ✔ Done 3 times! I literally have a 6 pack now and my waist size reduced by nearly an inch! Totally recommend, 10/10, thank you to everyone who liked the comment!

This really helps. I did Chloe Ting abs workout for three weeks but didn't see much effect. But this one works in one week. April Han explains the whys and reminds you the correct breathing and positions which really makes a lot of difference. It works really well! 😊

@@cherryboom967 MuscleWatching worked for me in the thigh areas (I think its called Ashi Paka? I mixed both April han's thigh workout with the inversion method of MusclesWatching, and I actually was able to reduce more than 8 cm in 7 days in my thighs. On the other hand, Hana Milly is good with the bra buldge area, the chest workouts( especially to make them perkier/smaller).

I noticed the difference at about 4-5 days. I took one day off to rest but will continue to do once a day at the least for 5 days it helped me feel stronger and of course a little slimmer

Doing this for 40 days (& 3 other workouts) Day 1- lots of back pain but felt refreshing Day 2- still a lot of back pain Day 3- IM NOT JOKING WHEN I SAY I CAN SEE A CHANGE IN MY BELLY AREA! THERE ARE FAINT LINES, OMG?! Day 4- it was so easy to do today 🥳 Day 5- again, much easier to do Day 6- i found out I’m going Spain next week,Sunday, so I’m doing this 2x a day and it feels amazing! Day 7- did it once as I was busy but I have noticed my stomach is more defined and starting to feel more tight! Day 8- my stomach feels queezy after doing it, I ate at kfc today that’s probably why though Day 9- i feel better but I can see that my stomach has gotten flatter but my abs haven’t properly formed Day 10- feels good! Day 11- eating healthier so I get better results! Day 12- i was tired so I only did each exercise for 30 seconds Day 13- did it twice today! Day 14- felt great today! Day 15- I’ve been on holiday so I haven’t been able to update, instead of doing the workout I did a lot of walking which has the same effect! 23,787 steps! Day 16- 10,275 steps! Day 17- 23,325 steps! Day 18- 15,714 steps! Day 19- 4000 steps & the workout! Day 20- 6889 steps & the workout but I was eating unhealthily on holidays so my abs have gone, you have to eat better to see better results

The comments about "I'll be starting today! I'll keep you guys updated!" was kind of disappointing lolll. Anyways I've been trying this workout for about 3 weeks and yes it worked. To me it was kind of easy because compared to chloe ting's hell workouts this was a lot easier (no offense haha). Here is the overall though: - I did two sets of the workout (2 times) - For the last exercise, after it ended I continued with a regular plank exercise for about 15 seconds - It did lose about 0.5-1 in' on the belly part - I rested on Fridays - No diets whatsoever I didn't really do measurements because I have bloated abs and it's annoying. The funny thing was that if I don't suck in my belly area was about 26in but if I do, it was about 24in'. You can also see the outline and the waist was about 22in (it's such a big difference). I recommend if you want to take pics to show off or anything take it in the morning, the lines were so obvious

I already have a fixed routine and I jog regularly, however I haven't achieved my goal so I'm gonna try this starting today for 2 weeks as an additional belly workout. Whatever the results may be, hopefully I can reflect to it; adapt/make improvements 💪 Current measurement Waist: 73cm Belly: 79cm Day 1 ✅ The V Sit Toe Taps exercise killed me 💀 Other exercises were fine Day 2 ✅ Struggled a bit, but it felt good Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ Lil bit shaky with V Sit exercise Day 5 ✅✅ Did the exercise twice, the second time was easier! Day 6 & 7 ❌ Was super busy this weekend, I didn't have time. I gotta make up for it Measurement Waist: 70cm Belly: 79cm My belly stayed the same 😁 I need to work harder 💪 Day 8 ✅✅ Did twice Day 9 ✅ Day 10 ✅ Day 11, 12, 13 ❌ Holiday. I ate so much and I think I need to extend my challenge day 😂 Day 14 ✅✅ Measurement Waist: 70.5cm Belly: 80cm My belly is bloated due to my eating habits during the holiday trip 😅 But hey, I just need to get back to my routine 🙏 I am gonna give myself one more week to catch up what I've lost in my progress Day 15 & 16 ❌ Busy! Will be doing this for 24 days! Waist: 70.5cm Abs: 73cm Lower abs: 79cm Day 1: done:) will probably do it twice Day 2: done:) twice Day 3: not done, been busy Day 4: done twice!!! Day 5: done! Went to the gym today so I'm quite tired. Woke up with a flat belly as well Day 6: done! Paired up with another short workout so let's see how it develops! Day 7: 1st week done! Paired it up w another workout so my abs are burning!!! Day 8: done!! Each day getting better. Now I use it as my warm up for another short workout so all good! Day 9 done! It's turning quite easy but I'm pairing it up w another workout. However, yesterday and today I've been eating some junk food so I bloated a bit. Started doing this 3/01. I know it's a 14 day journey but hoping with adding her leg and arm routines I'll see results by the 12 to fit in my birthday dress. Lol. I never would have imagined I'd commit to any type of daily exercise but April makes me want to keep going. It helps that she explains what to do during the rest period instead of us having to figure it out as the timer goes.

I did not workout and on top of that I ate alot of snacks): .. but I got back to it today and I am thinking of continuing this for 1 more week .. and thankk you for all the likes and comments.. it really encouraged me to continue despite having a low day yesterday ((: ☆Day 7(01/5): Day ??: okay so I am writing this on 6 may, I started my period on Day 7 that is 1/05 and unfortunately could not continue with the workout and I kinda felt bad because I was bloated and Icould not see any results even if there were any So today after my periods ended, I measured myself and I am at approx 33.5 inches. I know it is not a huge difference but for a 5 minute workout it is not bad at all tbh. From tomorrow I plan to start the Chloe ting 2 week shred challenge and hopefully that goes well. I wish luck, strength and success to anyone trying to make a change in their bodies and their lives. (: ◇ after belly pooch: 33.5 inches◇

I'm doing this already during 7 days every day and eat what I want, just not eat a lot in the evening and I really see results! Yes, it's just a little difference between then and now but I can see it I'm doing these exercises and standart exercise for abs 50-70 times. So I think it really works! P. I'm starting to do this from today ^^ Height- 165cm Weight- 68kg Waist- 74cm Belly- 89cm Hips- 105cm Day 1- My Abs hurts but after a while it's fading and I'm felling good. Also I'm doing this with Outer Thigh workout and Inner Thing workout

doing this everyday for a week! start: 25” day 1: done day 2: done i’m actually DEAD day 3: i was out all day so i had to skip (didn’t get home till 11) so im adding an extra day day 4: the planks kill me EVERY TIME but done day 5: done day 6: done day 7: done day 8: done added an extra day bc i skipped a day earlier this was the most painful workout i’ve ever done holy cow but it was so worth it, waist is now 24” i did combine this with a daisy keech workout tho, and i didn’t do a calorie deficit (oops) good luck everyone!!!! you got this

You can start to see the obliques. Lower abdomen is not flat, but have shrunk.
