SIKE lol you thought. while I do show you what I eat in a week in Mexico, I don't consider it "cheating." I strive for balance and intuitive eating always, so I'm going to show you all the delicious food I ate (including the BEST TACOS at Contramar in CDMX) plus my daily workouts, pilates and hot girl walks in this never ending journey to enjoy life and find balance. it's not about weight loss, it's about FEELING amazing!

I think that you should move to Europe. You can always spend a year or two there and then if you decide you want to come back, then you can move full time to LA. I have been to Europe and it is beautiful and your personality would thrive there! Hope this helps!

Jaz you should move to Italy! When I lived in Milan I could basically walk everywhere from my apartment. Italian would be easy for u to learn bc it’s pretty similar to spanish (that’s what I found when I took Spanish classes)

I’m a new subscriber! I’ve watched a few of your videos and loved the message. It’s been hard for me lately to focus on just eating healthy. I am currently pregnant and have doctors poking and prodding at my weight all the time right now. Anyways, I think you should go try moving to Europe. I went for a couple weeks when I was in college and loved it. Also, if you get tired/ homesick you can move to LA. That’s what I would choose.

SERIOUS QUESTION, would you HONESTLY recommend the way you eat, for someone just starting out their fitness journey and wants and has to lose weight? It seems, because you're already fit, this way of eating to maintain your weight, it works for you! Once again I love the way you eat, but ever since I started eating like you,, I feel way too comfortable for someone who actually needs to lose weight, and quite frankly nervous for my next weigh-in, that either the scale didn't move or i actually gained weight? One of my biggest pet peeves is hearing someone who is super fit and in shape say,, "ahhh, don't worry about the scale," all the while,,,, while they have met there fitness goals and we're stuck staring at a model! I mean where is the calorie deficit here? I know you use the word "balance", but sometimes I do think it's overeating! I'm just asking for the average Joe, who wants to lose weight, but still be happy with food and not making it my enemy, but still being realistic of my fitness goals! Can anyone answer these questions??? 😣Is anyone here trying to lose weight, while still eating like jazmin??? I just don't want to get on the scale, and gain pounds I'm supposed to be losing, yet still not wanting to change how jazmin helped me and taught me how to eat! I just want to have both🥺! Like I said, you say " balance ",, but there seems to be a balance with what you eat, but no balance in how many times you eat or portion control! So wouldn't that be an imbalance 🤔? I'm not trying to be a downer here, and I am glad you overcame your unhealthy relationship with food! But if I was to share your channel, who should I recommend it too? People who are trying to overcome ED? People who are trying to maintain weight, only? People who just want to be happy, and could care less of weight gain (they just want to be a happy healthy foodie)? Basically, should a person who has their next weigh-in with Dr. Now, would you stand behind this?? And I'm not asking because I'm obese or anything,, I'm just a lady that wants to lose a few pounds and be realistic in getting there! If you want KZbin to be a full time job,, you should understand your audience, so people are not misled! Hi!! This is totally valid!! Everyone has different goals and nutritional needs, and I would say that my videos are solely for inspiration, not so anyone copies exactly the way I eat, because of course everyone has different health needs! If your doctor or nutritionist recommends a certain course, that’s definitely important to consider! I’m just sharing my love of food and remember that each day of eating is completely different based on how I feel! It’s all up to you to find a way to incorporate this into your own life, because of course weight loss is totally valid if that is what your nutritionist thinks is the best course. Like I mentioned, everyone is different and these videos are just to share my love of food and living a balanced lifestyle! Sending you a big hug and luck on your journey, wherever it takes you!
