my brother can’t stop eating!! another what i eat in a day full of healthy, nourishing food... except it's my little brother who eats over 5,000 calories, and sometimes up to 10,000 calories a day lol! he's super active which means he needs lots of fuel. it's not a cheat day or cheat meal when he treats himself -- it's just an intuitive and balanced lifestyle!

​You do realize that you may see this as a kind gesture, sharing scripture and words of "wisdom" isnt viewed in such a light as you may believe. Jesus is not every ones God. Each individual has their own concept of a higher power and just because someone is going through hardship and pain does not mean they also need people like you, shoving jesus and scripture​ down their throat. Be genuinelly kind and respectful, and keep an open mind. Missionary work is quite disrespectful as you're simply "introducing" your religion to others who typically already follow their own beliefs. Praise your God, sure, but acting as a missionary isnt as kind of a gesture as you christians would like to believe... especially when visiting third world countries. How would you like it if a stranger came to visit you simply to advise you that your beliefs are false and the only God is the God that they believe in? I in the past have struggled with skipping meals because I have been worried with the way my body looks (idk if that’s what you have struggled with) but what really helps me is remembering that even if not eating might make me skinnier or I might have the illusion that I’m healthy, true happiness only comes from loving who you are and loving what body you have been given 🥰🫶🏼

My son is 30. Awesome metabolism. I was like that too. Until i turned 49. PeriMenopause slowed my metabolism. That's what my doctor said. So i have to work harder

I would infer that it’s not 5000 kcal! More so around the 3000+ kcal mark as the lowest measurement. Hope this helps! These seem like very balanced and nutritious meals for someone who does a moderate-high amount of exercise / some form of conditioning or training! :)

It’s not fast metabolism, it’s youth and the fact that he works out. If he didn’t work out at all, he wouldn’t be able to eat like that even with youth. But, some people do have naturally good physiques without dieting nor exercising at all, and still eat crazy. I eat as much as your brother and am still skinny, without exercising, and I’m twice his age.
