between 5 and 10:30 a.m. I started with oatmeal 3/4 cup dry with 1/4 cup pumpkin seed granola, 15 ish blue berries topped with one of those little creamer cups, you know like the restaurant. trained 45 minutes low intensity bike while I go over the notes from the book I'm writing...21 sets of various glute stuff. 7:15 to 9:45 ish...a protein shake while I lay on the massage chair, mainly on glutes...10:30 four eggs fried in olive oil...and a pretzel bun, with butter hahahaha! I'm side more with Kristen...girls who eat! get ready to wash windows in Denver 60 degrees and sunny! I'm female, 5 feet 120 buff and 67! hahahaha! The more I eat, the leaner I stay. Oh yes and 64 ozs of water and 30 ozs of tea, decaf. You guys crack me up love it cackly girls!

I eat around 1,500-1,800 calories a day and strength train for 1.5-2 hours 5 days a week, I run 30-40 miles a week and have tons of energy. You're eating too much.... your body has to work to digest the food. Why do you think people want to nap after thanksgiving dinner? You're eating a lot of food. Focus on macros - carbs, protein and fats, not calories.

@@87Hadley you have to eat over maintenance calories based on height weight and activity to gain muscle. I’m 210, I lift heavy and need the calories for fuel and repair. Especially carbs and protein. Muscle burns fat. Sounds like you are way under eating, and with what you’re burning, that’s extreme. I couldn’t imagine living with your calories and activity.

I lift heavy too, I actually do progressive overloads and go heavier and I could actually work out for 3 hours if I had the time. I've been doing this for 13 years, weight lifting and long distance running and I know my maintenance or what my body needs to maintain each day and it certainly isn't 2k+ calories. I'd look like a cow if I did that, and I'd be tired all day and unable to do anything else. If you're unwilling to try another way, like less calories and see how things go... that's your agenda. Everybody's different and someone else's program is different from another's, I couldn't handle 2,000 plus calories, 1,800 is my sweet spot.

@@87Hadley you’re right everyone’s body’s needs are different clearly. I couldn’t survive in what you can easily maintain. I lower calories when I need to slim down after a bit of a bulk, and I do need those calories to lift heavy. To each their own!

I feel your pain. For me to gain I have to eat 2300 and and something calories. When I do that I'm freaking comatose. I cannot function. I've tried my whole life to gain weight and I just can't. I'm a mom of four and don't even weigh a 100 pounds. So not right. No eating disorders or anything, but for me to eat that much food I'm force feeding myself. Idk how y'all do it.

You don’t have to eat large meals, but calorie dense ones. More healthy fats, nut butters, avocadoes, olives, fatty meat and dairy. This could help.
