Honestly, I’m so glad she is as real as ever. There is no hiding her tears, her sweat, her realness is 100% genuine. I hate working out because for the most part my anxiety stops me from progressing when I get panicky about not being able to improve/finish a workout, which then sets in my depression, which stops me cold turkey. It is so hard to stay fit and reach my fitness goals. But now that I have found this channel I’m inspired to try again, and I’m so glad Susie has inspired me to do so. She makes me laugh so hard with her brutal hilarious honesty! Thank you!

I have been exactly where you are now, and with other health issues to. It is really difficult. Especially as the anxiety takes over and it's constantly on your mind that you are going to have an attack. All I can suggest is, don't beat yourself up. Do what you can when you can. You will get there. We have brought a cross trainer for home being Gyms were closed to Covid. But I go on it every day, apart from Saturday and Sunday. I think doing exercise from home when you suffer from Anxiety takes a bit of pressure of you. At first I would do a few minutes here and there, and only do 3 days on. Now I do every day apart from Saturday and Sunday. I only do half an hour, but whack the stepper up. At the moment I'm still focusing on fitness, weight loss would be good. But fitness comes first. You will get there. I have been told this many times, I hated being told it to. But, anxiety is basically adrenaline, it's a feeling. It can't kill you. (Apparently) even though it feels like you are going to die. I think listening to music really helps, get earbuds and blast away. Be in your own headspace. I think this helps distracts you from your own minds worry. X

The moment you smashed yourself in the face, I can totally relate to that level of clumsiness. I remember twisting my ankle in a boxing class which turned out to be a pulled ligament, while we were doing circuits. Let's just say, falling with gloves on both hands is the worst, it's not like putting your hands out. On the smooth studio floor I slid half way across the room with everyone in hysterics, until they realised I was in genuine pain but to be fair I bet was hilarious 🤣 I would have laughed at me too, wish I could have seen it.

The uncontrollable shaking of your body, I felt that... when I started exercising once a week (bc if school) my muscles were so sore, I was shaking really bad and I was dizzy and now (two weeks and a few workouts later) I feel amazing and I hope it’ll work... but you did/are doing great!!

I’ve just started working with a trainer too (in group sessions). It’s _so_ much harder but _so_ much better. I never know if I’m getting my form right at home so having an expert there really helps. And everyone in my class is lovely. A lot of the girls have been strength training for years so I was a bit intimidated at first but they cheer me on and give me tips and it’s such a boost. And the trainer is so encouraging. Hooray!

Ergh I just love her so much. Her authenticity and rawness have motivated me to just feel good about myself. She’s SO real and has helped my mental health, feeling positive about myself and just that overall feeling of being okay with a normal body that doesn’t conform to societies expectations of a ‘perfect body’. Fitness is way beyond a flat stomach and a big behind LOVE YOU!!!! ♥️♥️♥️

I had a trainer like this and left them. Not sure why trainers think you can go from zero to 100, be in pain and want to come back for more? I thankfully found someone who built me up slowly and I enjoyed and maintained it. I would love to see a change in the fitness industry altogether. This can work for some people. But I think the majority would give up and hate it.
