My F82 M4 Gets a Dinan Valved Exhaust + Midpipes! | INSTALL & SOUND CLIPS!

Today I had the opportunity to finally get my Dinan Valvetronic Exhaust system and midpipes installed! In the video we overview the majority of the installation process and provide some awesome sound clips at the end! If you didn't already know, this was actually the same exhaust system that I had featured on my previous M4 build, I had to keep it because I was such a big fan of how it sounded. Big thanks to my friend Tyler for hooking it up with the install, without him this would not have been possible.

Yes does sound better and very loud on start up with valves open. I have a full titanium M performance exhaust on my M4 CP. Personally I still think its better than dinan, though very close. Mine on cold start with valves open can be heard the full length of my street lol

Thanks! Downpipes are not yet installed on the car. I will have those coming in later next year for the M4

bmw hands down has the best sounding exhaust, after market exhausts don’t change the sound they just amplify it so the argument that an exhaust system changes anything is wrong. Amg doesn’t even come close to the sound these bmws make. That super deep tone that still sounds good. Good sound man, I have a b58 and will still say that it unfortunately sounds better than the s55 but it’s okay I’d rather drive the m4 😅. Try adding a catted downpipe to amplify the sound even more since you mentioned you wouldn’t be tuning anytime soon anyway

I’ve gone from B58 to S55, I’d say B58 more tuneful and S55 more purposeful imo. I like both but do enjoy how distinct the S55 sounds. To me, exhausts like the Dinan and MPE make the S55 sound quite rough and unpleasant, I prefer stock in most cases

I have learned one thing in the pass few days, I can spend $300 at my local muffler shop and get most of the performance of the overpriced exhaust system... Just did the exhaust on my Gle Mercedes...catless pipes etc...sounds awesome and no cel .. Did my F80 also but need to buy catless pipes for that one because the angles are hard to get..

Naw bro, that’s not true haha. Especially with the S55 engine, they sound like crap if you dont have a proper exhaust system. It’s also nice to have the valvetronic capability and make the car loud or quiet with the M buttons on the steering wheel
