Ben, Besides your knowledge and experience, I think your greatest asset is the online relationship and mentoring. I say this because It appears to me that you care about us to some degree. So when hackers mess with you, they are messing with our friend, and they are trampling on something that is sacred and something they will never experience or understand. I hope the full weight of the law gives them a good and long lasting smackdown.

Verify, strong passwords, and don't open any attachments. Make sure you have an understanding with the social media company, too. Their platform is the host.
