I call you my “normal person makeup gal”. And I mean that as a huge compliment. When you go for a run and your makeup stays, I trust that you’re a real person doing normal people things and either the product worked or didn’t. Like you’re testing things in ways a normal person would wear and you mention features that are actually useful to know. And I say that as someone who literally doesn’t wear makeup 🤣 but when I’m buying for makeup lovers in my life, I go off your lists! I also just consider you someone I can have a glass of wine while watching your videos and feel like I’m hanging out with you haha that’s pretty much my standard now for KZbin. HotandFlashy is the best tester of products I’ve found on KZbin. She’s 57, with years of sun damage, (SPF, what’s that? It was not THE important ingredient when she & I were young!) that she has corrected through her research & use of said products. I’ve been on her night & day skin care routine now for 3 years & my skin looks so much healthier & younger now!

I love that kathleen has a crap ton of collabs and talks about her stuff but then also moves on and reviews other stuff! Same with Tati. They let you know that they’ve got collabs or their own line, but they talk about so many other brands and stuff too. Jaclyn taught me so much about makeup, but once she got into morphe- that was it. That became all she ever talked about, and every time she released something with morphe, there was ALWAYS a problem. I don’t really think morphe is all that, but that’s just my opinion and I know that many people love the brand!

Kourttneex3 I love kathleen’s personality and find her 10x more relatable than someone like Jaclyn or Jefree. Those 2 made money and now live the most lavish lifestyles, with only designer clothes and stuff. So I’m just like, yeah can’t relate with you at all LOL Kat is more relatable, but she has started going down the same path as Jaclyn. Jac ONLY talks about morphe, and Kat’s channel is becoming all about color pop. But she also still uses a lot of other products and brands, whereas Jaclyn was only using morphe products and nothing else. Idk, it’s only annoying because I was subscribed to them a long time ago before all the morphe and color pop, so they were always testing out new stuff. Now they definitely stick more with those 2 brands- but I mean if they love it and it works for them, then I can’t really say anything

I really enjoyed this. I’ve asked some other youtubers I listen to to do exactly this but they don’t. Sometimes they’ll do a collab with one person but they’re not as magnanimous as you are to do a whole video about others. I’ll keep watching you but thank you for introducing me to many new names

I stopped watching Karimma because of her lack of uploads. She was definitely one of my favorites. Idk what's going on with her behind the scenes that's impacting her lack of uploads, obviously, but I'm not going to continue subscribing to someone that was uploading about once a month 🤷 I see she's uploading more recently, hopefully it continues

As an introvert, I love your channel because I feel like I can chill with you. Its like having a friend you know you're on the same level with. When I watch the TOP makeup you tubers, I feel drained. I am not gonna lie, I miss old school Jaclyn Hill youtube tutorials. However, most of us cannot afford the expensive AF products. I agree with you about Nicole Renee. She is just easy to watch.
