Morning - 1 glass hot water + 4-5 badam Or soaked nuts any Breakfast- 9:00 am- avoid deep fried foods, eat regular foods but only 1/2 quantity you should take. Smoothie- soaked dry fruits+ oats+ banana ( 4-5 days in a week) Include millets in breakfast Mid morning- seasonal fruits any/ dry fruits/ sprouts Lunch- rice/ roti / millet kichdi/ lot of curries and curd. Evening - green tea + lemon + honey / 1/3rd cup tea or coffee / dry fruits/ boiled egg Dinner - no carbs at night / avoid high calorie fruits / less calories salads - carrot, kheeera, tomato with pepper and salt + 1 boiled egg / sprouts / musk melon juice.

Nice presentation Dr Mam, if a person who is having BP regular basis taking a tablet, with regular diet walking exercise yoga, when We go for reducing BP tablet dose with Dr advise what are the symptoms we are observing, is there a way to reduce tablet dose gradually n remove the tablet with Dr advise is it possible, pls clear the doubt thanks in advance Dr Mam 💐
