I wasn’t great with my routine when I started college either. I think it’s why so many people put on weight in their first year too 😅

inner thigh lifts and lying scissors (lay on your back, straighten your legs in the air then open and close)

How long did it take you to do the body fitness/ pilates? Cause I know it took you half an hour for the cardio but I wonder about the body training part. Love your videos Jade!!!

Wont inclined treadmill make your legs bulky instead overtime they will build muscle so isnt it better to walk on a flat surface on treadmill?

I usually do Pilates most days 4 or 5 days and on my “lazy days” a short routine at the gym before swimming. If you’re worried about bulking, you can just make sure your also doing cardio too and you’ll be good!

from my experience, your muscle will not grow bigger unless you are eating in a surplus and eating a lot of protein. I’ve been training my arms for years, the only time they ever grew was when i gained 10 pounds. Even then they were not “bulky”. So basically don’t worry about bulking unless you are training really heavy and intensely along with eating in a surplus 👍

Ditto to the comment above. It is VERY hard to “accidentally” look bulky as a woman. You basically have to be purposefully bulking. Don’t worry about it. Never be scared to lift heavy! It’s super empowering and a wayyy faster way to get that “toned” look

Is it normal for you’re back not to touch the ground when I do the Double leg stretch? like it comes up everytime my legs go out.

Hmm your back should be flat on the ground. Can you keep your back flat with all the other exercises?
