this was really hard and really challenging especially with 2 plates and 7 screws in my left ankle. I was really trying to get into some of these movements but it was frustrating and admit 17:53 I stopped...I am not a quitter and will try again but it was very upsetting to not be able to move as I used to...MERRY CHRISTMAS/HAPPY HOLIDAYS
