Thank you for sharing your story. I am currently experiencing this awful disease and will be visiting a dermatologist next month. Although I have tried many oils and treatments, I am at a loss for how to successfully treat this condition. Love, light and healing to all those suffering with CCCA or similar ❣

I was diagnosed with CCCA in Dec 2022 so it's been a little over a year. I don't know why but it wasn't very emotional for me. I think I was just glad to know why my scalp was putting me through it and why my hair was shedding so much more than usual. I'm grateful to have a good dermatologist, and that I still have growing hair on my head.

Hello thanks for sharing your story. Recommendation from someone who has CCCA since 2006 and declined the steroid treatments. I have chosen to take anti inflammatory supplements, eventually went natural. The game changer for me was the green tea essential oil added to diy hair oil which addresses inflammation and DHT a hormone which causes hair loss. Biggest game changer was an investment in Red light therapy hat which I use pretty much daily. ‘Instant relief of inflammatory symptoms and hair regrowth. I would highly recommend. Good luck!
@ElevateyourChi7 ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing your tips 💕 I’m on DHT supplements and spray now which helps tremendously! My red light treatments are coming up soon hopefully that helps as well
@sunshineflowers95896 ай бұрын
I definitely recommend the red light therapy & supplements for inflammation. Also, exercise & eating more healthy diet. 6 months later massive improvements . Also, no stressful hairstyles. Daily massage with water based serum, weekly washing with sulfur & salicylic acid shampoo and moisturizing shampoo after.

I also have this . I have a good diet and still have an alopecia. This doesn't run in my family. I have spent so much money trying to solve this with no luck. After 6 years of baldness, I settled on wigs. I really miss my head full of hair. I feel like I lost a part of my identity 😢

I was dx this year in March. I started losing my hair somewhere between January and February of this year. I went to see a hairdresser and they suggested that I see dermatologist. Mind u that I have locs. So, I scheduled my appointment. Been using a cream and liquid solution. Also now on an oral medicine. My hair is doing something but I still have wide parts in some areas. Plus my mental has been at it low lately. I feel shame and tempted to cut my hair again. I probably been going through it and just did not know it. Now I just want my hair to be healthy

Thank you for sharing. I was diagnosed with it a few years ago. I did do the injections and it seemed to have stopped the inflammation. I’ve been following a hairstylist/scientist her name is Cyn Doll here on KZbin. She’s great and he has healed CCCA you might find her content helpful for you along with the dermatologist you are already working with. I hope this helps.

Hi! New to your channel. Can you share which levels from your blood work were not in optimal ranges? I also have CCCA (dx in 2020) so I'm trying to see if there are any correlations for those of us dealing with this. For me, my vit D was low at the time I was diagnosed; everything else was pretty normal.

Hey 💕 yes of course I’ll share my current bloodwork I got a couple months ago in my next hair video. But yes my vitamin D level is very low as well with a couple others too.

In my opinion if there is a hair loss issued the assumption is that you must have used a relaxer and it has to be ccca. Surprisingly your toe is without any doctor having done any blood work or checking for anything else. I would like to know if you are seeing a dermatologist or a trichologist in Atlanta and would you mind sharing her name? I'll check the description box to see if perhaps you have that there. Just happened to come across your channel so I don't really know much about your history. Someone mention that you didn't have the hair type that you say that you have but I don't know how you came by your style, twist out braid out or whatever. When we do different styles you can make your hair look like another hair type or simply make it as you say more manageable. Thanks for sharing your experience with us
