I have the "Resting Sad Face" too. I'm really going to miss wearing masks, now that the pandemic is (hopefully) ending. With masks, there have been no strange dudes at the grocery store saying "why are you so sad?" or worse "you would be so pretty if you'd just smile." So I've sorta trained myself to fix my face in public- but it sure was nice to relax my face this year. Your channel is amazing and immensely helpful. I'm now looking at your older stuff (I can't believe you're only 15 here. So damned smart!) Thank you for sharing yourself. You're really making the world a better place

Yeah its annoying to watch, guys just going up and saying that to women and their intentions are clearly not driven out of genuine concern. Its cringy. Nobody likes "nice guys" as they are far from actually being nice.

Im a bipolar disorder type 1 patient, I’ve been internalized multiple times and I have interacted with people with schizophrenia. Most of them had something in common, they had visual hallucinations of a man with a suit and a top hat. I wonder why different people that I’ve met through my life with this condition which have nothing to do with each other have seen this!!

i have sleep apnea. its hereditary, im pretty sure...as my dad had it too & he actually died in his sleep back in 2011 from a heart attack caused by a severe episode of sleep apnea. the reason im telling you this is that living with a sleep disorder like sleep apnea, makes us more prone to experiencing other sleep disorders...things like sleep paralasis, for instance, which is something ive struggled with off & on at different times throughout my life so far. there have been times in my life where it has gotten really out of control for a bit, there have even been nites when its kept happened again and again, & everytime i fought through it and tried to go back to sleep it just kept happening to me over and over again multiple times over the course of the same night. imagine 8 hrs of torture...aka vivid hypnogogic hallucinations that soo convincingly mimic the experience of being spiritually & bodily attacked, the feeling of waking up to find yourself completely paralized, your helpless body being attacked by demonic entities, and youre powerless to fight back or do anything to defend yourself. its the most terrifying experience that you could ever imagine. and its soo vivid & real, that you genuinely believe it is. that its all just as real as it appears to be. anyways, i just found it interesting that you mentioned "the man with the hat" because ive heard about him before. alot of people who experience sleep paralisis see him regularly in their typical nightly hallucinations....not me personally, the things that i usually saw were far more grotesque & unsettling imo than a man in a suit could ever be....but i know lots of other people who have seen "him" before & im sure there are many of us out there who still continue to see him regularly at night. not too pleasant is it? the idea that "his" persona apparently has the power to affect the sufferers of not just one specific psychiatric &/or medical condition but multiple patients with different medical conditions? ughhh...not cool man. to anyone else out there if youre reading this & you suffer from sleep paralisis the best way ive found to combat it is to try your hardest to just ignore whatever scary effed up shit it is you happen to be seeing in that moment, just look away or close your eyes if u can. try to block it out completely and place 100% of your focus, all your energy, on moving one specific part of your body. like your big toe. your foot. a finger...dosent matter what it is just keep willing yourself as hard as u can to move it cuz as soon as you do, (& trust me, u CAN do it) it breaks the "spell" completely...and youll finally be able to move agai so you can get up. do that. then stay awake for a little while before you try going back to sleep. go get a snack or something. then put a bible under your pillow. and when you do decide to try to go back to sleep lay on your side or your stomach. avoid sleeping on your back. & if u ever get really scared, or u fear for your life, or if none of the stuff i just mentioned is working then call out to jesus for help. say a prayer in your head or even better say his name outloud if your can. try to speak with authority. say in jesus name i ccommand you to leave this house its a house of god. go back to hell from whence you came in jesus name amen. hope this helps somebody out there. remember "they" feed on lower vibrations. especially fear so dont be afraid. youll only be feeding them, giving them more power. stay strong & good luck! ill be praying for us all. 🙏😇

I have often wondered if i have schitzophrenia as i am drawn towards people with the illness, at times i have been called a paranoid schitzophrenic, although in all my doctors appointments nothing has been detected. It's probably because i care alot about the human and have some of the same symptoms as schitzophrenia.

Schizophrenia may be bad. But I was diagnosed with pchycopathy, though I'm very peaceful and non sadistic my family is acting cold with me since I was diagnosed. I just look at people how they act how they show love to others for me all of this is stranger but I try to copy people to look like them. I can't feel nothing about other people, but I can miss something for example my family when I'm in travel I just want my family to be with me. For the moment I'm studying medicine one of the best students. I also love the animals when I see people hurting animals I wish them death. Also I'm a vegetarian. If there wasn't the law and the prison I literally would be able to kill people who speak bullshit or only a small insult against me. I also can do good deeds but that only to impress the others. I try to be the best on everything I think Im the best and can do everything. Trying to be the best it's the most tiring thing ever, but I can't stop it is in my nature. when I was a kid our teacher asked us what your dream future? All the students spoke about become teachers, lawyers etx,I said I want a planet to be named after me. And the teacher was shocked I was only 9 years old. I see everything as an opportunity If I could I would own the entire univers and still be hungry for more..

Your parents don't sound very understanding or supportive. What is wrong with them? Also, if you are still having hallucinations, what are all the medications meant to do? Do they just keep you from becoming frustrated or angry when the voices come? Thanks.
