My worst one was a guy on campus asked me out, and he was aggressive and demanding, so when I went to the bathroom, I paid my half of the bill in advance. When I came back, he blew up at me for paying for my own food because he was going to do it, and I still "owed" him for intending to pay for it. We were just barely off campus (restaurant at the rear side of one building), so when the manager called the cops, both city police and campus police showed up. I had to be escorted to and from classes on campus for MONTHS afterward.

The story about the strict parents made me remember that in high school i wasn't allowed to learn how to drive (my parents said i didn't need to know how to drive because i didn't need to go anywhere without them) so I had to ask my mom to drive my boyfriend home from a date. This was my senior year, I was like a month away from turning 18 and the fact that we got into the back seat of my moms car and sat there silently scared to even look at each other was so embarrassing. We only went on dates within walking distance of the school from that point on.

My girlfriend and I went on our first date to Costa. It was nice sitting in having a drink and chilling. I thought I had strict parents but I learned in college that they were just smart. Like they would say that I didn’t give them “enough notice beforehand” but in actuality they knew those “friends” were not good people but they also knew I was too immature and naive to understand that even if they did explain. Though I will admit that those who picked on me for having “strict parents” were offended of my own opinion. Yeah. My first EVER date was on Valentine's Day. I was really excited and it was planned a week before hand. The day came, me and my foster sister went to our best friends house so they could help me get ready. I reached out to him 5 times. I was supposed to get picked up at 4:00-4:30. He fell asleep, forgot and didn't respond till about 5:45. 15 minutes before I had to be taken home. Mind you, he lived in a different county then me so he was about a 15-20 minute drive to where I was. My foster mom knew what was going on. So she took my sister home and let me stay so that my best friend and her dad could take me out to dinner. He apologized, but I was and still am too heart broken to say anything to him.
