My Journey to My Autism Diagnosis

Happy Monday!
I'm throwing a little curveball at you today.
We are going to table our quotes series until next week because something else was brought into my awareness a couple months ago, and I'm ready to shout it from the rooftops...
I am officially on the autism spectrum!
And in case you couldn't tell, I say that with a sense of pride, joy, and relief, as my life has been a struggle in so many ways that I've kept to myself over the years.
You see, sometimes when we become privy to the fact that someone is autistic or is on the spectrum, it's done so in a negative light.
But that doesn't have to be the case!
The purpose of this week's Unlocking the Magic of Leadership video is to shed some light on the often misunderstood term "neurodivergence," how it can actually be a superpower, and also to encourage others to seek support if needed.
So tune in to hear more about my journey to becoming diagnosed as on the spectrum for autism, how it showed up in my career, and how this applies to leaders everywhere!
