I did not buy the furniture, but it was left by the previous owner. It's like that in some cases and in others it could be pretty empty.

Hi, thank you for your comment! My hagwon pays the rent. I pay the utilities which right now averages at about 140,000 Won

Kyle Johnson honestly it is a bit much. And it fluctuates! But considering the place size, location, and amenities of the place, I kind of just accept it as part of the luxury.
