About #13: I personally LOVE txt's awkward phase SO MUCH. Sometimes I look at their old photo's and video's (like the one were they all wore minion shirts or the batman hoodies) and I just find it so endearing and embarrassing (in the best way possible) it makes me really proud to see how far they've come. I kinda miss it when groups had their awkward phase like in 2nd and 3rd gen. Rookie groups just aren't rookying the same way rookie groups used to rookie. They are just too cool nowadays. You know what I mean? (also please don't think this is hate to any group, I just love it when you can see groups grow more, yk?)

I told one of my "best" friends I had started to get interested in kpop and we never spoke again. We had already been friends for 3 years and we never fought or anything, nor did I talk to her about kpop. I simply said I had started liking it. She then automatically assumed I was one of "those" kpop stans and stopped talking to me. Because according to her hating someone for liking a music genre is less toxic than liking kpop ig?? people have very different definitions of stan. personally I consider myself to be a stan only when I watch more than a groups music, like their interviews and variety shows and stuff. For example, I only stan one group because I follow them on social media and but their albums and stuff. For other groups I listen to like skz, exo, txt, 2pm, topdogg, wayV and so on I consider myself a casual fan because I dont know much about the members, I just like the music. I consider myself as a causal Kpop fan because I listen to like 60 groups but im only a part of 1 fandom because i cant dedicate myself to love more than 1 group

Oh that's interesting, I watched iland last year when I didn't know enhypen and when he continued to try out for parts despite the humiliation (you'd have to watch it to understand lol) I was so impressed by his attitude and mental fortitude in general, I couldn't help but admire him even tho he's younger than me. But I think some people remind us of things that make us uncomfortable, Jay gives off a strong impression so I can understand. Yeonjun from txt said in an interview that people often think he looks like he's rude.

3:02 I understand u and I do the same thing. The only time I talk about it is when someone else brings it up. I just dont want people to judge me. I also dont want people to be uncomfortable around me or hesitate when saying a joke which I probably would have laughed at. And my parents, they never judged me or thought I was weird but anytime they do or see something associated with korea they tell me, at first I didnt really care but now its kinda much. My confession is that I primarily listen to title tracks even for some of my ults. One part of it is it's absolutely difficult to keep up with so many groups and soloists, another part is that I'm often so drawn to the title tracks that it's actually hard for me to convince myself to give some B-sides a shot. I'm working on it though, some days I just decide to listen to a group's discography to really get a feel for them

(abt #9) i also do have a really hard time stanning boy groups, but i noticed that when i enter the fandom of any boy group they immediately become one of my favorite groups, it happened it ab6ix (im now just a stan tho), they were my fav group for 1 year and a half. now its svt and enhypen (but i feel a bigger connection with svt). and with girl groups i never felt a really big connection until lesserafim, even tho i have less of a hard time stanning girl groups.

Confession 4 omg i get it . I have a couple of Idols who I never want to see the face of for no apparent reason whatsoever. I've like seen their mv once and I disliked them from the beginning. I sometimes question if there is something wrong with me . 11. This is si relatable too. Over the period of 5 years my major interests in terms of entertainment went from anime to k pop to streamers to vtubers. I'm just all over the place . 2:42 Confession no.6. I've always known Kpop and honestly, I was one of those people who intially thought they are just for "novelty music". I mean, I don't throw hate and all that, I just thought that it was too much for me. Everything in Kpop from styling to mixes, everything is too much. Until I met BTS in 2018, it was a total game changer for me. Their unexplainable charm just made me fall into the rabbit hole but I was never ashamed to tell anyone that I like them. Actually, I'm never ashamed to anyone that I listened to the artists that I listened to. Like c'mon, it's shouldn't be a personality trait. For confession #4 I have the same feeling too. Right now for no reason I absolutely can't stand Wonyoung. I can't stand see her face and everytime I see her I just roll my eyes or try so hard to not look at her. She annoys me so bad and make me a bit cringe whenever she does something. I feel bad for hating her for nothing but I can't control it. And the fact that her face and her fans are everywhere literally doesn't help me at all. My hate grows bigger and bigger as she keeps acting all innocent. I don't know why but I have need to see her suffer or snap out once to feel a bit better. It isn't the first time it's happening, I felt like that with Jennie from blackpink too. I tried to make myself believe it was because of jealousy but honestly it's really not it. No jealousy, simply hate for nothing. I know it sounds a bit cruel but I really need to blur this out : sometimes when an idol annoys me I kind of become a sadistic towards them. I want them to suffer or wish for them to dissapear out of the public eye. Sometimes I even wish they weren't in this world.
