Does it have to be a bike? Can i use elleptical machine or just walk?

It doesn't have to be a bike. It can be any exercise. I use bike because that's the easiest thing for me early in the morning that I can do at high intensity and don't have to worry about injuring myself.

Maybe a rebounder will a better idea. I have never seen you getting into that alternative which does a lot for our health within just 10 to 15 minutes. Plus is a fun way to exercise making it more appealing.

I saw on amazon some foldable bikes. I haven't tried these personally but it might be a good option for when you have a tiny space. Can always try those treadmills that you can store underneath your bed.

She will look 1000x better than the majority who neglect their health, thus getting so much more out of her time in that beautiful body. How many women in their 30s have abs like that?
