If you ever read comments like "it's just her genetics" or "she's taking steroids" please understand that #1 "good genetic" is nothing but a body that has been conditioned over the years with regular exercise and healthy lifestyle. and #2 I don't even know what to say about the steroids accusations, only that I'm not that type of a person. Breast augmentation (boob job) is where I draw the line when it comes to body enhancements. Also there are some envious and mean people out there :) as we all know. That's all I have to say about that. And the only reason why I'm reacting to this is not because it hurts my feelings but because I don't want people to actually believe that crap. Because it might discourage them from changing their lifestyle and putting the effort in. I don't care if you don't sign up for ZGYM, but I do hope to inspire you to really take care of your health and fitness and even have some bigger goals that will ignite some real passion. I am so grateful for all the effort that I have put into my fitness and health. Now that I'm getting older, I can really appreciate all those years of a healthy and active lifestyle. I wish I could give this as a gift to all of you, but unfortunately this is something that each one of us has to earn. ❤️Z

You do a great job and work very hard at it. I think that there are always jealous or envious people every where that like to be negative. Anyone who has trained for years, like yourself, knows that it is a real self discipline from the workouts to the eating habits. Ur body health and shape is my Dec 2025 version of me as I found ur routine only 1 mth ago. Started doing it 3 times a week. So lets see how fast I can burn e extra insulation arnd my tummy. I used to be XS to S now my lower abs to hips are M size omg. Bc of long hours of desk top work sitting down and forgetting abt my health. Hope to share my definition like urs after 6 to 12 mths. I have been training with Zuzka for more than 10 years now. My love for moving has grown thanks to her. I am 41 now and maybe in better shape and better condition than the most people around me although I only train maybe 3 - 4 times a week, but since years and I practice a lot of yoga. Of course I don't look like her either because just like she said, I like a little too much chocolate but it's a choice. And just like she said in the comment, although I don't have her body, I often hear that it's my genetics and so on. No. I am moving my booty regularly since years and I learned to love it, but no one wants to hear that. So here: dear Zuzka: thank you so much for all the years, for my good health, for my fitness, for my love for moving. I can say without exaggerating that you change my life for the better. I've also seen you grow, especially your mindset and it makes me happy to see that you are getting more and more happy, at ease and in peace. I send you a lot of love from Germany and wish you all the best.

I've been following Zuzka since Bodyrock with her short and very effectif workouts (tabata style, circuit, Hiit) now i'm doing Caroline Girvin WO and they remind me a lot of Zuzka's previous ones in term of intensity and exercise choices ! Listen, I have been doing her workouts for almost 9 years!!! Fairly regularly!!! And she never fails to surprise me with a weakness!!!! So, what I'm trying to say is that it does take a lot of discipline to work all the muscle groups in the body!!! That's the hard part, with proper form!!! She says that all the time!!! The question is, is there a weekly workout routine that covers all the muscle groups??? Or is that impossible to cram into one week??? And would that get boring??? Doing the same thing over and over again???

The initial message about the tradeoff between fitness and "shitty diets" is right on point, and cannot be emphasized enough. You must be willing to make *long term changes* to your diet in order to change something about your fitness and health in general. The good news is that, with time, you'll get more and more used to the taste of healthy foods, tend to forget the taste of over-processed foods, and finally truely appreciate your healthy diet. Then you know you won the battle.

Zuzi to je boží postava. Je vidět spousta dřiny. S manželkou jsme se vrhli do cvičení. Nyní je to něco přes půl roku, a je to znát jak na pocitu, tak postavě. Snažíme se přiučit přes různá videa a máme i trenéra. Pomalu přidávám na intenzitě, a třeba jednou bude taky sixpack 😃 Parádní videa díky

Iv noticed that I avoid core workouts and have been trying to find exercises that don't aggravate old lumbar injuries, which is the muscle group I am completely lacking in. im going to try some of these. side plank lift looks like it might help! I wish I got more newsletters or updates or something from you. You are so inspiring, and still use respectful vocabulary for those of us not in as good shape as we'd like. But when I have the opportunity to begin a program, I forget about yours. This is the first time I have seen a video in a long time and I rarely seem to get the newsletter- I probably need to check instagram, I forget to go there. I have wanted to atleast try bunny slope, hoping it would be workable along with dealing with health issues. I move daily, but have been reduced to the recumbant bike and am so tired of it. Most of my family's bones and muscles seem to be made of power and i have tried so hard to avoid that, but with other issues, that part is still going downhill. I refuse to be a burden on anyone, so i have got to figure out something (bodyweight is out temporarily while i heal some things- seeing ortho Dr and PT, but know i am gonna have to work harder than what they recommend, just being safe). wow, she is so beautyful and i understand her english. i can`t understand all peobple in english. but she is best... i like her body and her charakter, her smile, and moves... she say in video... 5 x till 20 minutes bring more, than day for day 2 hours trained... and later the training eat to much... and sugar, or fast food... dont go.. you are ...what you eat... and look so...... i train all 48 hours.. cardio and muscle groups... and i need 1,5 hour... i make eating like anthony william... and feel better since i have understand... my time go end... lifetime.. but without sport i was die before... i will die in ?? month, years.. and till them i want make sport. its give me power for my neighbours, peoples and men`s they dont want to understand a woman when she say NO.... NO!! and scine i have short hair i can better life... and dont say every day to migrant men...: NO.. but enough "no`s" are to... and sport help me, for cry NO, and say to people, neighbours: have you no own problem.s.... they are bad to me... and say so thinks how: go die, make flat free. or: if you can running /jogging = you are not ill... grgrgrgr... people are so crazy.... i have heart and loung problems, mcs /ehs, krebs and more... but i fight.... and i pay all my medizine self. and my detox to.

sure, because let's deny that anyone who's in shape actually exercises on a daily basis and eats differently than most people. Saying things like "it's her genetics" might make you feel better about your own lifestyle choices but it's not actually helping you to improve anything. It's just a comfortable excuse because it would be uncomfortable to change. And I'm saying this with nothing but love and respect.
