I love the board in the background so much I typed it all out for my own personal notes. Here it is in case anyone else wants to copy, paste, and save for themselves. Enjoy! Morning Ritual checklist: • Smile, stretch, breathe, water • Rebounder • Incantations • Empowering Questions • Driving Force • Read 10 pages • RPM / Plan • Accountability call • Workout Empowering Questions: 1. What am I happy about? 2. What am I excited about? 3. What am I proud of? 4. What am I grateful for? 5. What am I passionate about? 6. What am I enjoying most? 7. What am I committed to? 8. Who do I love? Who loves me? Evening Questions: 1. What did I give today? 2. What was amazing about today? 3. What did I learn? 4. How can I use today as an investment in my future? Problem Solving Questions: 1. What is great about this problem? 2. What's not perfect yet? 3. What am I willing to do to make it the way I want? 4. What am I willing to no longer do to make it the way I want? 5. How can I enjoy the process while I do what is necessary to make it the way I want?

I'm doing the smiling, stretch, breathe, and water first thing in the AM, and definitely the smiling sets a nice tone for the morning. I have my own routine in the morning but have added the questions to after I read my affirmations. And have started reading my affirmations while dancing (like a two-step kinda dance to give the affirmations some juice). Also, I read the evening questions before bed and it's only been like a day so far but I think it sets a nice tone to fall asleep to. I'm sure my subconscious mind is taking it all in :) I definitely feel more cheerful and inspired lately so maybe the routines are working their magic.

What an amazing guy, I love everything he had to say. I believe that if you listen carefully and take in his every word you too will be a better person in life. There are so many people that have so much to be thankful for and have accomplished so much in life and yet they are never happy. As for me I am going to take hold of his words and use it in my everyday life. Minus the F* words this guy is helping me to understand and be grateful for all that I have. Now I am going to have a new mindset on my life and everything in it. Thanks for you have inspired me to do better.

ATTENTION TO THOSE COMPLAINING ABOUT SWEARING. Stefan is using 'curse words' because these are the words that trigger his emotions. You will also notice he also says 'my vehicle' as in his body, or 'fuel' for food. These are associations that Stefan has learned to use to create Neuro-Associations in his mind of what emotional juice he gets from using these words instead of 'food' or 'body'. It is it literally the vocabulary that gets him fired up and excited. Once you understand the use of vocabulary and how it can positively impact your emotions you will be able to take yourself out of a negative emotional state or make a positive decision much easier... example: I need to eat food that makes is healthy for me' vs. 'I am going to consume the proper fuel (healthy food) to create momentum (energy) for my temple (body)'. You see how those two sentences are COMPLETELY different but mean the exact same thing? Do you see the emotion and passion Stefan carries when he swears? It's not because he's impolite or unprofessional, is it? Secondly, using shocking vocabulary will give a higher impact and increased retention when being watched by the viewer because he breaking that same pattern you hear every single day when you watch things like the news or newspaper or TV where everything is pre-recorded or pre-scripted and you get hypnotized to hear the same jargon everyday. Think of it actually as a breath of fresh air as someone is able to show more passion and express themselves and break your everyday pattern of listening to what is supposed to be 'the proper way to speak' Thanks Stefan, great vid

I'm so happy for my life. What I choose to do today is going to shape today and going to create my tomorrow. I enjoy the process for creating a healthy and fit body. The past is not equal to the future. Life doesn't happen to me. It happens for me. There are much easier, cheaper, faster, healthier ways to change my state than food. Is this bringing me closer to or further away from my vision? Master your emotions, master your life. I need to fuel my body, not satisfy an appetite. Healthy food is a gift and reward that I deserve every day. Nothing tastes as good as being healthy and fit feels. I will improve 1% each day and give myself pleasure for tiny progress. For every disciplined effort there is a multiple reward. I control how I feel.

I have to echo this. I was in a state of depression last month, moping and I even had times where I'd cry. Then I just decided, enough is enough, I need to force myself out of this rut and force myself to think positive. It worked and not only am I over my depression, but with my positive attitude I've turned around all the problems that were making me depressed in the first place. Like Stefan said, you just have to make that decision.

I don't think swearing is a problem. You can be the most polite person in the world and still be crazy and immoral. i.e. a few of our government officials... Some of the best people i know swear all the time. A message is a message, swear words or not does not decipher whether it is right or wrong. I feel you are being a bit too petty and specific pointing out swearing. It's like making a mountain out of an ant hill. Perhaps you can see the bigger picture now.

Ace-Spresso! Small minds cannot see the 'Big Picture' of anything. The littlest 'blunder' and they shut down their hearts and minds. Mostly, they lack the wisdom and compassion that is so needed in this world. Thanks for a great video. I fucking loved it! xo

Jhenya Lovering Don't get me wrong, I totally enjoyed the video, and he gave lots of great tips, but I just have to admit that it would have been better without the swearing. :) Swearing isn't very professional, if you ask me, but I guess it has become a normal part of everyday life for most people, so it may seem silly to point it out as a problem. It can also be difficult to see the 'big picture' when every other sentence is soiled by distasteful language.

Ace-Spresso! When you are as committed and as energetic as he is, as I am now, it's extremely difficult to filter that energy. At the end of the day he makes a decision to make the video - make a ritual - and help others, language shouldn't be a barrier in the professional world if used gracefully - which I can understand why you are turned off - but think about how much more you gain from him rather than how the word makes you feel. People cannot always care how you feel, learn to deal with that.

Just try it. You'll be amazed! I promise. Stephan is a great guy and he does these videos because he truly wants to help others and he knows it works because he does it himself. He walks the walk.

I'm watching this for the second time after a couple years. I had completed this ritual for many mornings and now I find it happening almost automatically; but it certainly needs to be reviewed and practiced as much as possible. THANK YOU!

This video reminds of a book I read some years ago. The Secret. In essence, you create your reality. If you talk about bad things, you will be prone to bad things. If you talk about good things, good things will happen. I like this video because it gives you a practical approach.

Perhaps some people would say i'm focusing on the wrong things, but I could certainly do without the four letter words. Other than that, I'm a big fan and I'm going to start following this young man.

LOVE THIS. Love that you drop the 'F' bombs out of passion and love. It's awesome. I have developed an ulcer in my last year of college. I'm so stressed to perform and I feel like I'm falling flat. If I sleep, then I lose hours of study, if I do that loss of sleep over time, then my test day suffers because I am sleep deprived and depressed. I would love to know ANY advice. I'm trying to destress, get focussed, and be healthy. I've lost forty pounds and I thought that my losing weight was going to make me feel great, but my stress exploded this year and now my stomach is suffering. I'm going to do this. I'm always amazed by how happy my children are every single day. They wake up with a vigor that I wish I had. I'm going to try your advice. When I feel bad, I'm gonna watch this video :)

A great place to put your vision board is on your desktop of your PC/MAC. A collage of pictures that directly link to your goals is a great way to remind you throughout the day of what you're working towards.
