Assalam aleikum. This is so great MashaAllah. Love your calm tones amd the stretch really helped. I am not an exercise person but will try getting in more. Can you advice which ones i should do to start.

As salam o alikum yoh have great workouts. I love following your blog amd yohe insta stories have inspired me to begin working out regularly once again. Thank you so much for that. May i request to maybe see more videos catered for people who work oit at home and maybe streaches before workouts....

Good but too fast. It will be more effective if you actually spend a little bit of time in feeling the stretches too.
