Jazzy Jazz. Norwegian Eagle I didn't do it continuously, it was a one off as I didn't have time for them gym that day but I was definitely in pain the next day. I think if you are consistent you will definitely see results.

I have done it. And. It wotks. ! But I do some 10 warming up. Follow up. To her tips. Also. Modified. Eating habits. Minerals. Electrolites. Ladies. Ptotein. Is Great. ...I quit the dairy and pastas breads sugars. I eat. Tortillas. Instead of bread. Meat. In 5 months I lost 10 lbs. And. I will achive more !

Thanks for this vid. very helpful for just about anyone who cannot make it to a gym or prefers not to go to the gym for whatever reasons. +Nandi i wasn't shading anyone. it was simply a compliment and neither of you had to take it personal or defend those who may have fwlt like a target. Youre right in saying that it doesn't matter what a woman wears when working out. if i were to make a point about that, it would have been to say that modesty in public working out is good to see. my personal opinion is to wear whatever at home, and be more modest in public. God blessed all us women with beautiful shapes and they shouldn't be publicized. they should be appreciated and seen by our men, if it applies to you. There's no need to shade anyone. Stay blessed

These are awesome exercises! Thank you for sharing. The plank with a Twist I don't think would be good for someone who has scoliosis. But I'll try it. I like the chair exercises because it'll help me strengthen my legs. I had a heart transplant 5 years ago and I still have a little bit of trouble stepping up onto a chair or big stairs with no hand rail. Thank you and God bless

The chair stepping exercises are great for people with bad balance or knee/hip problems. When you fall be sure to post here! And the chair biceps can hurt your shoulders, elbows & neck. I do 2minute long planks. But if you've never done a plank it'll be fun to realize how not easy it actually is your first few times ☺️ None of these exercises are for ppl with injuries or bad joints. And they should point that out.

I am 60 lb overweight by so-called weight standards. This actually looks very challenging and I just might try it. I don't feel comfortable working out at the gym and it has nothing to do with being overweight. I get told off often by men and women that I look really solid and I do not look overweight but I am. When I tell people I weigh 200 lb they say no way!

I purchased a TRX and it is the single best thing anyone could have at home!! I can do 100 squats like a boss!! Look at videos for TRX!! Best thing ever!! And you can by cheaper versions of the straps too so don't worry!!

Hi, I need your, advise, I need to do an excersice to cut down my tummy fat. The problem is I had an accident 2015, that left my one knee ligaments torn, due to my weight 94kg, healing has taken so slow,am usually not able to do the exercises that used to keep my shape, advice the exercises I should do my tummy too big.

The best exercise I found for belly fat, especially after pregnancy is lying flat on your back legs straight and then slowly lift up and then back down. You can bend your knees If it's easier . Very good for lower abdominal.
