Hey guys in this workout vlog I talk about my new favorite back accessory exercise for the back muscles! I was doing some odd lifts and carries and really pumped to stumble on to this exercise that will grow your back. It's especially great for strongman training or strongman competitors who want to get better with their upper back strength / strongman events such as atlas stones, sandbags, and any sort of carry events.
