yay! i followed your apartment hunt and also live in the city, similar age range, and price range. my biggest priority for the last time i moved (in 2021! just signed on for 2 more years!) was being close to green space. it's always interesting to hear about what other people prioritize. i've lived in the city for 8 years, moved 5 of those, 3 boros. it sucked. finding stability in housing and a place to build a home that feels like MINE has changed my life. there are certain things i do wish i had and can afford now that i'm in a more financially stable place, but my rent is ridiculously below market rate and the space is huge. maybe at the end of my next 2 year lease i'll make a move, but for now? i'm content. sending lots of good energy your way. i hope the new place ends is as incredible as you envisioned for yourself. you deserve it!

Hi! I love that shade of wood on your floors. Your apt is gorgeous! So happy you have an elevator and laundry room downstairs and near the subway and it's safe and sound place to live. It's wonderful you got the apt you wanted. Also happy for you that you have a bigger bathroom with a tub. You can get some bath bombs and relax in your tub. Have a spa day! Glad your kitchen has alot of cabinets and you have plenty of closet space! I am just extra happy for you!
