Hi, Sarah! Thank you for your videos and sharing your life with so many. I can only hope to find that space you have found... such a peaceful existence and so much joy in your heart. I was thinking today how beautiful it is that everything you do is not just doing what needs to be done. Everything you do seems to be an experience and I think that is extraordinary. Most of us only get that if we make an appointment at a salon or spa .. you have a gift to feel that in everyday tasks. How wonderful! You are a beautiful human being and I am grateful for your videos. You should write a book! 🩷

We should not eat too much of turmeric. Just a pinch or two is enough , but one whole spoon is absolutely too much - if it is continued as a routine.

Why do you think so? 😊
@Priya_fab2 жыл бұрын
Eating turmeric a spoonful is not a problem at once. But daily in not advisable.
@TheLavenderLover2 жыл бұрын
Why? What scientific reason do you have? If you pair it with ground pepper for absorption, your body can utilize it. I use it every morning in my shake, which reduces inflammation and takes away monthly uterine cramps… among other inflammatory issues.
@bindusreeedla5732 жыл бұрын
According to the Vedic science turmeric is of heat, so if you consume it daily it can heat up your body causing other issues. So it’s not advisable to consume more turmeric daily. A pinch or two is fine and if you want to consume it regularly in large amount make sure you’re hydrated and take food which cools down your body. And the amount she added is a way too much.

some things that might help are to protect your hair from super super cold weather and super super hot weather with protective hairstyles like a braid (you can look up other protective hairstyles too) make sure you’re putting your hair in a protective hairstyle while you sleep, if you have hair that is brushable (like straight hair) then start at the bottom when brushing and try not to brush your hair when it’s soaking wet. hair is at its most fragile state when wet. If you have curly/wavy hair brush your hair while wet still starting from the bottom up. don’t wash your hair too often! aaaaaaand try not to do too many tight hairstyles.
@jenniferlamberjack2 жыл бұрын
If you watch "The Blowout Professor" videos, he has amazing videos about how to take care of your hair. And he breaks it down into simple steps. 1) Quality shampoo and conditioner 2) Spray leave in conditioner when you get out of the shower 3) An oil on the ends of your hair. Avoid blow drying or styling your hair with heat. Air dry hair and keep your style as natural as possible (meaning just avoid heat tools to style your hair. Natural curling of wet hair is fine). There are some AMAZING wet hair brushes on Amazon. Truly life changing magic ;). Eat lots of veggies, fruits, nuts/seeds/beans, and healthy fats. Make sure you nourish yourself from the inside out. All these tips, especially the leave in conditioner, oiling the ends of your hair, and no heat on hair, should improve your hair immensely. Much luck to you! :) _()_
