@@zzygyy its a good point....i freak out whenever my neighbors have fires burning their leaves and such......not worth risking our birds for sure....we dont use the fireplace in their room anymore since they took it over...😉 people without birds dont get how it changes your life....first thing we did was got rid of everything with teflon used for cooking when we started getting birds, just takes one accidental scorching and you can loose your whole flock ....😕

Central California I hope you all stay safe down there! Up here we also have had bad air and hazardous (dangerous) air quality because of the northern fires. Leo and Blue look like best buds today, looks so sweet together. Rocky was very interested in the Hyacinth's today it was cute watching him. Blue wants to interact with you so much, I can see he loves you and he will get there. Can't wait for the day when Blue becomes like velcro on you. That was a fun video I enjoyed watching it. Almost 2 years in as a Peeper 👀 fan of Marlene and her flock-fam, the best part of this post is You Marlene. The looks on your face when you spot food on your table, trying to put back items with this Blank look asking " does ketchup go in the fridge!?" Is so you but still funny as all get out 😂😂. You so rock the Snow White thing. Seriously, no Wig needed your hair is perfect, with your birds circling you was the Best. To funny what caroline was wearing. She could have strolled up closer where the fire fighters are and NOT BEEN QUESTIONED LOL. They would have put a shovel in her hand. Do they not warn people about how close these fires are, and with all that smoke in the air is really not cool for your babys or you. It has to be scary to try to move that many birds plus your other pets in a moments notice. Please take care.💋💋💗.

She DID look like a road worker LOL 😂😂😂 Los Angeles has an emergency system in place where we'll be notified if we needed to evacuate, which luckily we didn't need to that day. Those amazing firefighters took care of it pretty quickly, we're so grateful for them❤️

Just few years back 19 of these very yound men lost their lives which is THE LARGEST LOSS OF FIRST FIREFIGHTERS SINCE 9-11. Leaving behind many family's with kids and wifes. They truely are Heros protecting Towns and lives.

My family had a Red-masked parakeet growing up who would climb down his cage and charge at anyone who got too close to my sister. I miss that bird, even though he hated my guts.

I'm in Northern California. We've had huge fires here too Marlene! It's horrible. It feel like the entire state is on fire! People have lost homes... So much land has burned... Oh no! Please stay safe! Your babies are awesome! Please watch your weather for wind shifts! Winds are high and can push fire at fast rates of speed. Embers can be pushed at least a half miles ahead of fires causing "spot" fires! Fires can make their own weather making them very unpredictable!

I'm so sorry about the fires and I hope the fires don't effect you all. Lol, jealous parrots no doubt. I have an African Grey (Kira) also plus: Dog (Pebbles, beagle mix), Teyla (Ball Python), Slinky (Blue Tongue Skink), Spike (Yellow, Nigerian Uromastyx), and Nessie ( Bearded Dragon). I love them all and I love animals! Carolyn's parrots are stunning!

worried. They sounded like they felt really threatened by the h mcaws. poor vinny sounded so scared. even tho u were supervising it looked dangerous to have such large birds so close to the smaller ones. there were a lot of scard bird calls in this one.
