You are such a gentle, kind person. I love watching your videos and wish I had someone like you in my life. There are a lot of South Africans here in NZ and I admire their confident, positive personalities. Can you make more content around managing hunger for those of us short ladies who have a very big appetite? I eat all the right things but I still struggle with hunger and can't stick it out. Do you have volume recipes or ideas? I wake up hungry so IF is hard too

Really good video. I am not actually losing “weight” at the moment but my clothes are fitting nicer/better. Yay. I am walking and doing weights and TRACKING. (boring but works. )

@@caraj9704 When I exercise, I sometimes even gain a pound or two initially, and I think it's increased water and slight inflammation in the muscles. So I may be a little leaner, but weigh a little more. Keep doing what works! Well done!😊

What i find works for me is to weigh in every day, and after each 7days i take the average for the week. That's a truer calculation of weight for me. We are all different. If I weigh what you weigh, I look like a starving horse. Every bone protruding. We are built differently

Thanks for sharing. There are so many fad diets out there. I don’t know 🤷♀️ how people can function on 800 calories a day. Surely that’s unhealthy? Especially if you exercise as need fuel lol 😂 xxx

800 calories is too low unless you're doing calorie-cycling (one high calorie day, one low calorie day). My absolute bare minimum just to stay alive is around 1200 cals a day, that's before any exercise. xxx

@@trishhegarty1884 Hi Trish, I would say, safely, you can aim to lose 1-2 pounds per week. I wouldn't rush the weight loss if I were you. But if you really want to drop 3 pounds in a week, I suppose you can, by reducing calories and increasing movement more. May I ask why you want to lose that amount in a week?😊
