This is explaining my psychosis and the effect it has had on my life. My life has changed, I'm in debt, in a flat i regret moving too, lost friends and i've woken up to a new reality, that my psychosis created, that im trying to heal and improve. My psychosis has been traumatic and has had a traumatic effect on my life. Right now i've woken up to a new identity, a new person who i never consciously created, a new me that i don't know.

I've always been spiritually "awoke" and ive had quite a few spiritual awakenings. I would describe my psychosis and the effect it has had on my life as "God stepping in" as the only way to create massive change... xxx

What a beautiful explanation of your experience. I can identify with you, my experience has been that I have always been spiritually awake but times of fight and flight and when I listen to myself these awful times have brought me to a more fuller version of being available to support myself and those around me. @@magesense456 Definitely, every bad experience that nobody warned you of or prevented you from experiencing... once you gone through it, makes you full of wisdom to protect somebody else... and it makes you a super strong human being!!! #SpiritualLifeGangster lol x
