I have to congratulate you on making fabada asturiana almost perfect! I’ll tell why almost. Lol. Don’t swirl with a spoon instead shake the pot that way the beans don’t break. Also add one bay leaf . But I am sure that your fabada was gggrrreeaat!!

Bueno, no sé si el chef José Andrés habrá hecho alguna fabada en EEUU (ya sabe que él es asturiano) , pero creo que la suya ha sido la mejor fabada de todos los EEUU. Un placer ver este canal y todos sus vídeos, aprender sobre Bernardo de Gálvez y muchas otras cosas. Saludos desde Asturias.

I'm from Asturias. It's a delicious dish, but quite heavy. You cooked it very well. If you prefer less fat, you can cook appart all the meat (chorizo, morzilla, pork...), and put at the end "defatted", even when serve the fabada you can put them appart and everyone can serve itself what the prefer.
