Back in my college days, I moved into my friend's house, who inherited it from her parents. That was a mistake. After months of her pushing me around, using the line, 'My house, my rules!', I simply moved out overnight without telling her. We didn't have an official tenant contract, so there was nothing she could do. She would come up to my in college, begging me to move back in, because she couldn't afford her spa treatments without my rent money. I laughed in her face. Stopped being friends with her soon after.
