Love Bobby Bones. He's such a nerd, but he's really honest and funny. He's proof that if you want it bad enough, you can achieve it. We nerds gotta root for one another.

I was just saying how I never had anyone to fall back on..I went through a lot growing up and I have always had the responsibility of caring for my older brother with down syndrome..to this day he has been with me through 22yrs of marriage and adopting a child and 2 births , this made me who I am...I had a cancer scare and had 2 major surgeries and decided to take time to care for me as well, so in the last 2yrs I've lost 117lbs ( went from 276lbs to 159lbs)and I'm in great shape now training for a 5k run in June..(I TOTALLY AGREE with the money doesn't give happiness you gotta love what you do)and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger💜

You have to listen to His morning show! I love it. It’s so down to earth and it’s like sitting around a table with your best friends. You will laugh, cry and I have even snorted a time or two. He’s my new hero! The show is so positive!! And he’s so honest you can’t help but love him!!!

It can sometimes be the case that it takes several fails before you manage to formulate your thing into the right shape, it begins in a certain way, but the alchemy of being pushed away and rejected motivates you to re-shape it all and it becomes something really valuable, but in a way that would have been impossible without all that pressure of fails.

Great talk about one of the key paradoxes of life. BTW, what is or where is the text of the poem at the end?
