What helped me was realizing that my worth is dependent on who God says I am, rather than who people say I am. I placed my ultimate value in friendships and relationships. While those are good, they aren't what defines me. One of my favorite scriptures in Psalm 23:1 "The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. " If I have God what do I need or lack? Nothing!

Hi Kian my name is Bianka from Las Vegas ! I just spent the last hour binge watching a few of your videos. I started with your testimony video and I have watched your singleness series as well. You and I would totally be friends if we knew each other in person. I relate so much to you and many of your videos. I can literally understand so much about dating yourself embracing singleness and having a past that you feel eternally grateful for that God has made new. It's crazy because the other day I considered taking myself to a country bar here in Vegas. But I got tired and did not go . It was so cool to see that you did the same! I am getting ready to take myself to New York City for 3 days in June. As I'm watching your videos about taking yourself on dates, I am feeling even more confident about dating myself and New York. I even booked a ticket to see Lauren Daigle at Radio City Music Hall, to which I am going by myself! So here's to us and all the other women who are doing this knowing that God has our back no matter what. Cheers!!

I'm a 34yo virgin and never have had a boyfriend. I understand what it is to be alone and watch the years roll by. Life def doesn't go as planned. 😂 At my age, this is ridiculous. I know I'm going to need IVF if I ever want a baby. Meanwhile, everyone whom I know who is married/engaged didn't wait for marriage. Ironically, having a past is better than not having one. 😂Some days, I regret not having a past. Morals can be so isolating, and it's difficult for non-older virgins and virgins who married young to understand us. What can we do?! Just wait longer. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Cheers! 😊

On the flip side, I'm a girl who didn't wait. I was sexually active from my teens until I turned 26. I was raised in a Christian home and I knew I was willfully sinning. After rededicating my life to God, all my past sins caught up to me and the crushing, breaking, pressing has been brutal. Most days I regret having a past. Most days I feel sorry to God for getting ahead of myself. I could have waited, and regardless of having a husband or not, I could have just looked to the Lord and humbly praise him in obedience. But I didn't. I look up to women like you who were able to wait, and keep on waiting even as years go by. I hope God will bless you with the desires of your heart.
