Those Enterprise vs. Enterprise pvp battles are nerve-wracking. On one moment I'm praying the opponent doesn't proc Lucky E and on the next moment I'm wishing I'll get it. Well, assuming I didn't already lose. And then the cycle repeats.

4:45-4:57 It's funny you mention that, because I had an exercise where their Enty was the last one standing vs my Enty, Warspite, and Yukikaze, all very low health. I imagine the enemy Enty was using a cheeky A6M5 zero and/or Fairey Fulmar strat (it was mostly working, btw) because she was always proccing or launching strikes before I was. Case in point, Lucky E procs and I'm low enough where I'm 90% sure this will kill me. My Yukikaze must've had other ideas because she suddenly (all whilst, I imagine, shouting "NANODA!" the entire time) rushes towards their Enty, ramming her and they're both so low health it kills them both, simultaneously ending and saving the game. I was so proud of her that day. So proud, I would've oathed her if she wasn't already oathed, lol.

Used to pair Enty with Long Island. Then, when Essex was released (and managed to snag her). I replaced Long Island with Essex and Enty and Vestal in the back row. Essex's abilities and Maxed Limit Break to me works out really well. And Vestal....well I just like the pairing with Enty. Long with the healing and extra move. Though if I do not need to move more than five times. To unlock the boss of a map. I put in Nevada. My first love. If I need BB firepower. If not. Well, I've attempted to have a CV threeway with Long Island, Essex, and Enty (that came out wrong).

That SR status on Enterprise is a real pain sometimes. I have been playing AL for over a year and I've never seen her in exchange (as far as I can remember) and ive only ever gotten her 4 times. 1 of those was the first anniversary invite and another was to celebrate the release of the anime. Also my favorite fleet combo is: Enty, Washington, South Dakota, Helena, Laffey, and San Diego.

While her unit age (mainly efficiencies) shows in W13 and such, until that point however, she is a boon to players, especially if you get lucky and build day 1 like I did. That being said, a UR refit will easily restore her to top CV.

Funny story, I ran into an Enterprise fleet PVP with Ark Royal, Bache, Oklahoma, Warspite, Gridley,, and Belfast. Despite how suicidal this loadout is, we won. Ark Royal, Oklahoma, and Warspite was rear gaurd and Bache, Belfast, and Gridley was the Vanguard. Somehow, we won.

Still remember getting Big E on the medal exchange during my birthday. Haven't used her as much since I like to experiment with other team comps. That and I just got back into playing Azur Lane the other day. I got burnt out after the Visitors Dyed in Red rerun and needed a break.

I started playing this game REALLY late (like LAST month late lol) and she still remains the most desired ship that I want that I still don't have...I even have a few methods lined up to get her...collected 80 medals (but she is not in the shop yet ugh) and trying to finish the rookie exam since she is one of the prizes (still have to do get the starter to 100, get Portland to 100, 0wn 24 pieces of purple or higher gear and enhanced to 8, raise a ship to 110, get any CV or CVL to 90 and make a promise to any ship...) course the problem of getting Enterprise THAT way will mean she won't be the first ship I oath since to unlock her you need to oath someone else, and them promise rings are rare without buying them...sigh...

I'm nowhere near level 110 endgame showdowns, but every PVP match I've faced an Enterprise in (where I actually stood a chance), Akagi-chan basically vaporizes her before she can do anything. She simply doesn't have time to get anything into the air. I think Take the Initiative might be a counter to Lucky E. She basically gets two airstrikes in the time that Enterprise gets one. I currently sit just under 5k in rank. I'll have to see what happens higher up. Akagi-chan is level 81 and her base AVI is already at 310, compared to Enterprise's maximum of 319. That probably has something to do with it. Having two carriers with Messershmitts probably also does.
